Trust the reviews! I had a fantastic experience. Pricing was clear from the start - no hidden charges. You get to talk to a local human when you call, no call centers, no automated systems, etc. The entire process was easy and pleasant. Delivery of unit was punctual and effortless. They don't even knock on your door, they just leave it and go. Could not possibly recommend them enough.

I ordered 2 units to move. Steve was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. He responded in a timely manner. Both drivers Casey and Matt arrived in a timely manner. They were friendly and took the time to show me how the units opened and locked.

Units Moving and portable storage of Cincinnati was the easiest and most reasonable portable storage company to deal with. They don’t charge all the extra fees like every other company I talked with when I was getting estimates. I called them yesterday and they had my unit out the following morning. They also had a piggyback so they don’t slam the container on your concrete while unloading. I highly recommend them for any storage business needs. Also want to give a shoutout to Matt. He was professional and pleasant to deal with.

The delivery of the UNITS was super cool. A remote controlled fork lift of sorts. The operator dropped it right in place!
