The ice cream girl will literally cuss you out for asking to give you the leftover root beer with your float. Trashy and unacceptable. Front counter girls were nice and insisted she stop because she clearly doesn't know how to maintain her employment. It's a half a can of root beer, my dude, get it together.

Went to get gas. Card was declined even though I had money in the bank (I assure you). Couple minutes later get a notification from the bank saying my card is now locked and there is a pending $150 charge to UDF. Called the location, chatted online, called their online customer service. Just sometimes they put a lien for up to $150. I was a shift leader at a BP for a little under a year. I've seen pending amounts but never $150. So now I have a locked card, no gas and UDF refuses to help. I've contacted my bank and it looks like I'm just kind of out of luck until they send me a new card. From the sounds of it, $150 must be just a drop in a hat to the customer service representative I talked to on the phone but like that's crushing my whole budget. Thanks, UDF, you just lost a regular customer of 30 years. And it may be Petty but if I can't get this sorted out with the bank I will be seeking legal action. And yes over $150.
Update: The reason the bank locked my card is because from what they told me they detected a fraudulent transaction. This is not a pending charge or one of the gas pump lien holds that happens. Something is going on with UDF. Thankfully my card is now unlocked. Maybe that location has one of those scanner skimmer things on that pump or something, but obviously something isn't right. And all UDF could do was give me the runaround.

How do you leave negative stars?
I visited this UDF tonight, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The employees seemed to purposely ignore customers as if they were invisible. My simple attempts at friendly engagement was met with absolute indifference with no verbal response or even eye contact. As much as I like the convenience of a UDF nearby, this evening shift is an absolute disaster.

Wish I could leave negative stars!!I love UDF milkshakes and have always had good experiences at their stores but today was completely different! The guy working the ice cream counter was apparently bothered by me ordering ice cream and rude and disrespectful! The guy working the counter was literally watching some type of cartoon while he was ringing me up! Just a joke all the way around!

Very poor customer service. I always see the workers on their cell phones instead of paying attention to their customers. I could’ve easily walked out for not paying.

No hot coffee. Its 37 and rain. Went in after church, we did not have time to wait for new brew. So they didnt brew any. Other customers maybe? UDF coffee service terrible, the coffee thermoses do not keep coffee hot no matter what the timer saysOh and their brew-by-cup machine broken. And there are 3 workers in there and only one customer. come on, UDF,?you can do better. I’m sure we will be reminded that it should have hot coffee, should be well stocked and clean and should be in working order. It is not, this morning, but I agree it should.

As a general rule UDF provides great customer service. But this one ... Oh boy ... Not this one. The cashier was busy watching whatever was on her phone while I was standing right in front of her after she finished cashing out another customer. Yeah, I don't be back to this location.

Great fuel prices, but not a good place to stop for roller grill items or hot breakfast sandwiches. Only thing on the roller grill was 4 or 5 hot dogs . And the sandwich warmer was empty. 8 or so in the morning.Pitiful.

I went in for a malt, but the woman there told me that she may not be able to fulfill my order because it was only her there, but I was the only person in line. If you can't staff properly, close the ice cream shop down. I'm not going to ask, "can I get that? No? Well how about that?"

I really disliked the computers. You couldn't customize your order at all. On top of that, our milkshakes were only filled about 2/3 of the way, and were basically milk.
