I'm a female LYFT/Door Dash driver.
I probably need to use a public restroom every 2 hours!
Overall, the other gas stations,
THIS place has THE cleanest public restroom I have seen in Cincinnati in over 2 months.

Donle and Shaun wit the dreads are two of the most highly skilled and helpful employees I've encountered at store98. I would suggest that UDF compensate them in the form of a raise to keep them around because they make it easy to spend money with a smile....

The gas I was reasonably priced I was able to get in and out of the parking lot fairly easily it's a pretty easy location access inside the store was pretty clean everyone behind the counter was kind and courteous have to have customer restrooms most places around there I do not and the restrooms were actually Frosty how many borderline Frozen but it was really good on hot days like today it's all around a pretty good store

Negative stars!!!! No shakes or ice cream after 11 pm. A bakery rack FULL of donuts, Danish and muffins, yet a sign reading DO NOT TOUCH! We had to go to a different UDF to get served. Absolutely disgraceful!

This UDF is always dirty and staff is rude. I avoid this UDF when ever possible even though it's right down the road.This UDF advertises a deal for Monster Energy drinks where you buy 2, you get one free. This is a false promotion when i go to this UDF. You'll get charged for all three, full price, even when they have signs all over store displaying the supposed deal. Two times this has happened, and when I asked about the deal, the employees say they don't offer that deal in this store. I wonder how many people are paying for all three via their card and not knowing this store doesn't offer the deal that is advertised. Super scammy imo and one of the main reasons why I avoid this store.

Absolutely ridiculous that they have a sign on the door at 10pm saying they're closed due to short staffing despite the houtd saying 1am yet I go hours later to the Glenmore location and somehow they remain open and thriving at 1230am without a complaint helping everyone they can with 2 employees.... To summarize I'm very upset with the laziness and lack of leadership at boudinot but Glenmore deserves recognition for doings what they can for their customers

They closed 20 minutes early and kicked us out, so we went down the street just to get a drink and they were open. They were rude and the doors weren't even locked. Glenmore let us in 5 min before, boudinot closed on us at 1240... if they weren't so rude it wouldn't been an issue, so I went to store 23 and they were open and let us get a pop and ice cream pints and gave me corporate number. This is 11/4 it's sad they let us walk in. Said they were closed and when we said we'd be 5 minutes and asked if they closed at one we were rudely told no they're closed now at 12:40. I know it's hard to hire good employees, but it's sad when the Glenmore location let us in at 12:50 and we were gone by 12:55. I work in customer service and I would have been fired for acting like that while closing the store 20 minutes early. Trash

Everything was good friendly staff but I have a card that has to be manually entered until my new card arrives and I wasn't able to get the items with that payment method.
