I have attempted to go to this location for the last three nights in a row. Friday night they closed early Saturday night. They closed early tonight. I showed up at 9:30 to get an ice cream and they’re closed according to their hours. They’re open until 1 AM every day, where are they?

I go here alot and the workers are all nice but they always close before 1 am and it's extremely annoying when I get off work late and have to go out of my way cuz the workers felt like closing early.

Do NOT go here for ice cream or milkshakes. This place is incredibly unsanitary. The young, white gentleman who was responsible of making my milkshake did not use any gloves and continued to wipe his nose while making my milkshake and continued to touch the top of my lid SEVERAL times! I paid for it but immediately threw it away. Disgusting!

I visit this store 5 times a week. It has gone downhill recently. The biggest issue seems to be the people. The new girl on the weekends is spitting fire and extremely unfriendly. I asked for a bag, and she literally threw one at me and told me, angrily, she couldn't bag my goods because she handles money all day. I don't need this kind of negative vibes at 6 in the morning on a Sunday. I'll find another place for my coffee...

I used to love the store I lived nearby and it made a great corner store for the neighborhood, but lately they are always closed because they don’t have enough employees, plus they never have anything in stock, I think you guys need new management.

Absolutely filthy dining area. Restrooms unbelievably filthy. Worst restrooms I’ve ever seen anywhere. And this is a place that serves ice cream to families? Wow.

I live in Philadelphia, but I can't make a trip to Cincinnati without getting a UDF chocolate shake. The very helpful lady at the ice cream parlor took good care of me and I was enjoying my freshly made shake in just a couple minutes.
