I was just in here today and I went to get an ice coffee and there were no syrups and it was so dirty and disgusting it turned me off from getting any of the drinks. I almost didn't get ice but I needed it. Someone is going to get sick from there some day. This will be my very last time getting any food or drinks from here.

No restroom, no udrive cards available, Assistant manager was not helpful, smelled like weed when i Walked in. Nasty atmosphere. Hardest parking lot to pull out of for a lousy udf. Terrible visit at 1:05pm 5/8/24

DO NOT VIST THIS LOCATION. After a longtime being a UDF customer and a previous employee, I am contemplating never going to one again after visiting this location. Gave $60 on a $42 bill which would make my change $18, i only received $2 in quarters, the quarters being a result of the employee stating she did not having singles, when realizing the mistake and returning to the location i was not helped and was told a different story than what happened.

This is like an old old school UDF. much like a old time conscience store. Not a huge , open space has stations we have now. The layout was odd & took time to find items. But they were all there... what toped the cake was my interaction with Mrs Dee. I almost never mention names in reviews. & I have A LOT of them. But Mrs Dee was an absolute delite. pointed me right to what I needed., suggested alternatives to a name brand they UDF didn't carry, my bank card wasn't working as it's old , instead of being inpatient, she put light on the problem & it did end up working after a few tries. If & when I drive thru that intersection on occasionly. I'll see if I need to stop in for a energy drink or a pick me up by the attendants..

I work nights nearby, I come in here after work and normally am helped by a young man who is awesome, I have the kind of solid experience you would at any UDF. Tonight I got in a line of 6 people and waited almost 20 minutes. Two individuals ahead of me left halfway through my wait. The lady working the register was acting extremely strange, and took the time to have customers come behind the counter despite the line not moving in 15 minutes. I understand that places have regulars. I was patient and waited. At the register I was met with rudeness, similarly to the way the 4 remaining customers in front of me were. I knew that she knew we had waited, she wanted to make a point that it was not her problem. That is the problem.

This is to the owner, u have n employee don't know her name, but she works morning n has a piercing. She's about the best employee u have goes above her duty and beyond to make every customer experience the best at your store. She's amazing , and I wish I had her in my team.
