Why are there UDF stores with no gas pumps? Frustrating to route to when you need gas and they don't have pumps

I come to this location with all of my lil people. The staff is always top notch polite and they acknowledge children and pets.
The restroom...well the woman's ..it is the only one I have used is always clean and has a cleaner product to ensure disinfectant ability while using the area. I just can not say enough about how well kept the store isost of all the wonderful employees make it a pleasant place to enjoy a good lunch or ice cream ? in the parlor. Outside parlor options too! Thank you for always making me smile

A great UDF. Proof that all UDF’s are not made equal. Always super friendly staff, and their donuts…far better than a the kind you find in gas stations. They surprise you, kinda creep up on you. Three donuts later…what happened?? Don’t know what’s up with all the 1-stars. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Worst UDF I've ever been to because the $2.79 and regular coffee that I did on the survey is only 50¢ be a bit over $3 but the register says $4.49? I explained but she said with taxes so that's over a dollar in tax? I left without paying

New hired women there doesn't know about service animal laws and she will yell at you in front of a store full of people for documents that are not required.

We saw an option for a Hawaiian Sundae. We customized it with Salted caramel and Mint Chocolate scoops plus added banana. The employee didn’t know much about how to make it, but I think he was new. We were charged for the Hawaiian and our drinks, but later I noticed we were charged for an extra item.The women’s restroom was more cramped than an airplane lavatory.

Their hours clearly state that they are open at 5:00 a.m. and I got here at 5:15 and there was no one there and no one to pick up their phone. It was also a delivery truck waiting on someone to open the store but no one showed up. Pretty frustrating when I was counting on using their ATM and now my whole trip home is delayed because they couldn't secure staffing to open their store

I have been drinking UDF milkshakes for 50 years. It is on my list of all time favorite things in life. So you won’t lose my business due to the ridiculous service I had on 2/20 in Mount Adams. It is very difficult to screw up the order for a chocolate milkshake. But leave it to the 2 staff members working this afternoon, to accomplish this.In all of my 50 years as a customer, I have never had a chocolate milk shake made with chocolate ice cream (always vanilla) AND NEVER IN 50 YEARS HAVE I HAD TO REQUEST IT BE MADE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM.When I questioned if it had been made with chocolate ice cream, I was told yes and I pointed that vanilla ice cream is the norm.There was no apology for making it wrong NOR ANY OFFER TO MAKE IT CORRECT. They both just stood there looking at me. Never again. In the future when someone screws up, what should be a very simple order, I’m going to tell them that they will remake it and I’m not paying.The only thing worse than bad customer service is BLATANT LAZINESS.

I was able to visit this location while in town on travel and the service was excellent , store was clean and the coffee was good , could have been a little hotter but good.
