This store is awful , went in to get a coffee. The bar had no flavor creamer , no Splenda, place was dirty. Will not make an attempt to go back to this store. It's was a decent store about a month ago ,no clue as to what happened to this store. I wouldn't even give it a star but you have to give it something.

Disgusting - no restrooms yet they serve food. I needed to wash up after getting gasoline on my hands and they were not accommodating.

Not sure what happened, but this place has gone way downhill over the past couple months. Employees are rude as hell and getting worse, the coffee station is always disgustingly dirty, overflowing with trash, everything is sticky, and always out of stock of multiple items. Used to stop in every morning for coffee and a breakfast sausage, but since they stopped carrying those and turned the store into a Rumpke dump, there's no point anymore. Better off going to McDonalds for coffee now.

If you get there after they clean up their shake maker (7pm) you can't get a shake, I guess they only do what they want to do, not thinking about their customers????

Not only should you drug test one of your teams "Maria Ramirez'' our channel will be exposing in and outs of her and others employments at UDF. As much as we love your ice-cream. Norwood udfs are doomed.

There is an employee at this location with colored hair that refuses to make milkshakes. On 3 different occasions she has said that she hasn’t been trained to make milkshakes and then another time she said that the milkshake machine was down. This was over the course of atleast 2 months. I don’t know if she’s lying but I’ve never heard of a udf employee that’s been there that long and still can’t make milkshakes. She needs to learn or have someone else there that can make them. Huge inconvenience and waste of time to stop whenever she’s there. Going to just go to the one on Montgomery rd from now on.

The customer service was beyond awesome. Both the young man and the young lady were amazing!!! They changed my son's entire mood. We were both impressed with how genuinely kind & thoughtful they were.

Got three good ones working shld have got their names the girl was new with glasses good customer service and the young man with dreads made the malt also great customer service treat them good so they'll stay awhile.The other was outside cleaning and replacing trash bins should have gotten their names fri Nov 25th at 7:49 pm.
