United Dairy Farmers operates ice cream parlors, convenience stores, and gas stations. It is a regular place to get gas where customers can save with the U-Drive program. The inside of the new, renovated location is awesome and has all the cool things like a mini Kroger, with premium grade coffee, farm-fresh dairy products, and hand-dipped ice cream treats. Customers report they will be surprised with all the great stuff there. However, some reviews note problems. The staff are not vigilant about taking food past its sell-by date off the floor. Sometimes items like hot dogs, shredded cheese, and buns are not adequately stocked. At the fuel pumps, issues are reported such as no towels or washer fluid, slow DEF, pumps that overflow, and credit card readers not working. While service is not bad, these inconsistencies are noted by long-time customers.
I have honestly done very good at avoiding this location unless i just have to stop. i will pay double some place else than to shop at a store where you have kids literally goofing off on cell phones while customers stand around. Do your self a favor and offer self checkout and just get rid of the cashiers period

Workers are lazy. Just hanging around not doing anything and yelling across the store saying the ice cream is closed when I know it’s not. I get ice cream at this time all the time.
