I LOVE the size and set up of this Ulta! It’s always neat and clean, the products are very easy to find. I gave 4/5 because the staff is not very friendly or welcoming. They always seem to have an attitude. Their words are polite but their tone, facial expressions and mannerisms tell me everything they would like to say if their managers weren’t ever present. If I have time to search for things, I generally choose another location. However this is my go-to location for a quick trip to Ulta to refill my makeup/skincare staples.

Was possibly the worst experience of my daughter’s young life.
She has scheduled appointment for 2 o’clock to get her hair done for prom. She promptly arrives at 1:30 because she Thought there might be a chance of her getting in early little did she know that she would not get in early but she wouldn’t get in at all.
They Let her sit there till 3 o’clock telling her that she would be getting in a few minutes.
When I called the manager, she told me that it was a new stylist, and there was nothing that she could do about it.
So my daughter sitting here crying because she’s gonna miss her and pictures.
In my opinion, someone else should’ve stepped up and helped my daughter, even the manager or told her long before that she wasn’t going to get in.
When I asked the district managers number She told me she was unable to that .
I wish I could give it -5 stars. The manager should be held accountable as well as the stylist for the day my daughter had because of poor Planning

went in a bit ago and Hazel helped me out! she was so nice and helpful, i was trying to find new products to try out and she showed me what i was looking for along with a handful of other options! she was so sweet and made my experience so much easier

This was by far the most entertaining experience ever! I do NOT wear makeup, but after spending quiet some time with Abby I feel Like a professional! She was super friendly and educational. She was so nice I was upset that I couldn’t leave her a tip! I definitely felt a lot more confident when I left that store and I appreciate both Abby and the lady at the register with the cool blue hair!

Went in recently to purchase some men's cologne and was baffled to see it mixed in with women's perfume. Why it wasn't clearly in a different section was quite puzzling. The bottles are not labeled by gender, so being able to decipher between the two is a job no consumer should have to make.

kelsey in the salon section is too kind and and talented! i have rebooked with her and would recommend her to absolutely anyone that would listen-her talent and personable humor and communication is a deadly combination and she will slay every time you let her.

Great experience. Tris was so nice and professional, I picked a great nail color (he was wearing). I came in for skin care products, a great buy. The manager was super fun and had so much energy. Definitely going back

They are crooks in my opinion. I ordered 3 products and only received 1 item and none of my lipsticks. I’ve went back and forth multiple times and they claim to have resent my items but I had discovered from the post office that they scanned the mail tag and never sent them. So basically they stole them and continue to not make it right. I have since closed my account and filed a claim on the Better Business Bureau. I still haven’t received my money back from them or my lipsticks. I don’t recommend shopping there.

The amount of times I was asked if I wanted to open an Ulta credit card was enough to scare me straight to Sephora.

I love Ulta and have a huge problem overspending there. That being said the last 3 times I have been to this location is enough to never make me go to it again. The last two times I was shamed about not having their credit card even though I am diamond. I don't care if I tell you no please respect that. I get they need to ask but I don't need to be berated at the register about how I'm losing money. I was told I spend so much money I should have the credit card. Please don't talk to me about my spending habits. Yesterday I literally went in because I had to pee and was thinking about browsing after. Restrooms were closed so I was going to go in the lobby one and come back. But the cashier who was checking out a customer paused to ask me if I couldn't find what I was looking for and stopped checking the person out. It caught me so off guard I was halfway out the store. Of course it was one the employees who got on me for not having an ulta credit card. Plus you were already doing something. They are just so aggressive it makes my introverted awkward self never want to step foot in there again.

I had an appointment for the Brow Bar and was told I had taken the last slot and was only able to get one service. I came to my appointment on time and another lady is sitting in the chair receiving brow wax, tint, chin, etc. Whoever the most current esthetician who was on duty the day this happened is extremely rude as well. Would not recommend the location nor her service, in fact I wish I could give no stars.
