Walked in and wasn’t greeted by the sales associate walking adjacent to us. She was sure to greet the person walking in behind us. The cashier was helpful and courteous. Customers deserve customer service!

Found what I came for immediately, since I’d purchased it there before, but got sidetracked. So much to see… Thankfully, Jamie was nearby offering help, so I asked for some on what I didn’t go there for.
Makeup needs change with age… Not just the products themselves but also the application of them. I’ve grown into a natural look, which I want to keep, but I want to look better—polished.
Jamie was very knowledgeable about the products, and there are many at Ulta. That’s something I appreciate, because the staff’s not beholden to one brand, but it can be overwhelming, too. And she was expert at matching color to my skin, suggesting the right product for my desired effect, and applying it in the places to emphasize (and de-emphasize) what matters.
Plus, I was assured I can return anything I’m not happy with.

I guess you have to be YT to get help . I love Ulta but this location left me very uncomfortable. Instead of ringing me one of the cashiers felt their phone was more important. Will never come back to this location. Ulta is usually friendly and helpful and I got none of that here
After reading other views they apparently have issues with anyone who isn’t YT. It’s 2024 they need to be fired and replaced with people who understand that all people are the same

The entire STAFF made sure I didn't leave the store without me being able to find a fragrance that I love! I own over 100 fragrances and I consistently wear about 5 of them lolllll!
One of them was discontinued but today, 4/25/24, the staff hipped me to these! Had a wonderful conversation with three ladies! This location never disappoints!

Nicole, the GM was beyond helpful! I wasn't sure which MAC foundation shade best matched my skin tone. Nicole was knowledgeable in decoding the unique difference within MAC lingo (between cool and warm undertones) to ensure I made the correct purchases in the future. Nicole also took the time to test the correct shade within natural lighting versus store lighting, and she gave me two free samples. Thank you so much, Nicole!

Called Ulta yesterday to see if I needed an appointment to have my makeup done. They told me no that Yvette would be there today. I went in with my old makeup and ready for anew session and they had sent her home for the day and did not have another person that could help me. Store is not managed well. Won't go back.

There should really be an option to leave NO STARS! Why is this location so prejudice? My mother goes to this location quite often and always experiences racial profiling, if she decides to go back to this location and these antics continues again, I will file a complaint with BBB… Since when do you guys “escort” customers to the cash register with an item? Unacceptable… I NEVER have this issue at the Chillicothe location, you guys need to do better, this is despicable. Let people shop in peace and dignity.

I had an unpleasant experience while wanting to purchase cologne from the fragrance dept. The young lady who assisted me , held on to the product while stating that she had to escort me to the front. I have purchased fragrances from here on numerous occasions and now I am told that I need a watchdog to assure that the product will make it up to the front safely? I felt insulted as I relayed my experience to the cashier as she explained to me that their policy has changed. If the policy has changed it needs to be posted for ALL customers to see in the fragrance dept. so that others like myself will not feel profiled in the future.

If you have “thicker” eyebrows and want to keep them thicker I wouldn’t recommend going here.. I got my eyebrows waxed at this ulta for the first time I usually go to the Newport location for my eyebrows and have no problems going with my natural brow structure. The stylist doing them gave me the thinnest brows I have ever had and didn’t match my structure at all.. I have naturally feathered brows and I have never had to tell anyone not to cut the top of them due to most stylist knowing not to cut the feathered top too short or it messes up the brow. The first thing she did was cut about a 1/4 inch of my eyebrows off. Every time I go to the Newport location they map out where they are going to wax and show me before doing so. She waxed off the bottom of my eyebrow with no mapping and waxed off a bit of the top of my brow which I have never gotten done and thought that a brow waxer would never do…kind of a “rule of thumb” not to wax the top of the brow. After the irritation of the wax wore off I have a literal tan line at the top of my brow because she waxed something that should have been left. I have never felt less confident:/

Placed a curbside pickup order. Selected I was 10 minutes away in the app. Arrived and parked in curbside parking saying I was now here and my car information. Waited 20 minutes until I finally went inside the store. Sales associate said “we don’t come out to your car” ??? Why is this service advertised if it’s “not available”
