The problem was foreign material in the charging port. They took care of it at no cost. That was totally satisfactory, of course.
I thought their internal and external (I.e., with me the customer) could have been better. I suspect an over reliance on technology was the cause.

I went in with a broken touchscreen on my Google Pixel 5. They had a Google-branded replacement for my Pixel 5 and changed it out within 2 and a half hours. They were amazing and provided excellent service and communication. I would recommend this store to anyone having any issues with technology.

Jay explained everything really well and he was a calm reassuring presence. All that was needed was a new tempered glass cover. My granddaughter screen wasn’t even cracked after all! That’s why the repair was canceled because no repair was needed! Thanks very much. He called me ahead of time and he was on time, highly recommend!

Employee was very rude, and unwilling to help. Claimed that a certain feature made the repair impossible, but I’ve had the same repair done at different locations with no issue. Borderline unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location. The other locations are more professional and can actually help

Repaired 2 phones for me in a matter of days. Was inexpensive. They were helpful and informative. I will be back if I need them. Great location . The other location behind the plaza was a bit eerie. Now it’s right next to once upon a child.
