Literally the worst management and maintenance service ever. The rooms themselves are alright but if something breaks it takes ages to get them to fix it. Our shower was broken for a month before they finally fixed it and our air conditioning has been broken for about 2 months and every time we asked them to fix it, they told us it was our fault and we were “too irresponsible to control it” so they entirely shut it off. They have yelled at us multiple times when we ask them to fix stuff, and they told us we weren’t allowed to call them anymore or they’d charge us extra. We’re all overheating and getting heat exhaustion and had to buy extra fans that barely help. They still haven’t fixed it and we’re furious, you can live here I guess, it’s better than other on campus options, but just know management is the actual worst.

This is the absolute worst place to live. The maintenance is trash and the customer service is terrible. The pictures look nothing like the apartments and the halls smell like weed every day.

Great place to live safety wise, rooms are definitely quite worn in. And some little things like our toilet seat were never fixed when we sent a service request months ago. Multiple light switches that do nothing, barely any lighting fixtures in the main areas. I would look at other options before paying this price. Sharing a dorm sized bedroom gets old and it's so expensive for the fact that you can't have your own bedroom here. They barely give you time to move out after finals and there were no move out carts able to be used because so many people were moving at the same time.

Since moving here I have had my car broken into 2 times within a month despite not having any valuables visible and security is almost non-existent. The building management and maintenance was great for about 2 weeks and has gone downhill quickly. Getting ahold of the office is a gamble and maintenance requests often go untouched for months unless they’re small. If they are small it’s often a quick bandaid fix. There is also the issue of mail theft in the supposed camera monitored mail room. Communication from the office is inconsistent and I have had to physically speak to someone in order to get somewhere. That is, if someone is in the office. Our RAs are more reliable. I also find it interesting that some of the 5 star reviews are not even done by residents but poor reviews receive an email to verify residency. After living here we have had homeless people in the elevators, urine in the garage trash cans, a masked intruder going door to door to get into rooms, and all around a general feeling of unease.TL;DR Look elsewhere, this place isn’t safe nor reliable.

Maintainer is the absolute worst and in the few months I’ve lived here homeless people have slept in the elevator, we’ve had break ins in our cars that we keep in the garage, kids frequently hotbox in the elevator, overall the worst place ever to live. Do not live here unless you want things to go broken for months on end and intruders to enter the building! :)
