Chelsea and her team provide very friendly customer service and always greet you with a neighborly “hello” and a smile. Chelsea also knew I was on a time crunch and helped me in a very time efficient manner. I’m really happy I chose to bank here. The cherry on top… I got a letter from Chelsea about a week after I set up my account with basic details of when to expect my new debit card and lobby/drive-up hours. It was very professional. “I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”

They already have your information for the most part and there isn’t a lot of questions. As well as them always sending out such detailed and great information on how you can take out home loans if ever interested. Trina does the process so fast & efficient you can tell she’s been doing this for years. ??”
“Update 1 Month Later:
I had tried calling but also sent a "Contact Me" request through their website. Per the response below from Charles Schwab, the central number did reach out to me but I never heard back from the web request. In the conversation from the central number we aligned that I indeed needed local help. The person suggested that it may be best to stop by the office which I did next time I was in the area. At the office the gentleman working at the front was apologetic and got me in touch with someone to help me that afternoon, I was also provided the persons business card so i had his direct line. Great meeting and they are already helping me within a day. I'm confident they will help moving forward now that I have a contact. I wanted to increase from 1 star to 4 stars as the office visit and engagement was so quick. I would go higher but they still have an issue with initial contact via phone or website request. It should be easier to get a hold of someone but in the short term - go to the office in person to get help.

I am getting the same results of nobody answering the phone at this branch. I had talked to the general customer service number, who were fabulous, and they suggested I work with the local branch on an issue I am experiencing. I have tried several times over the past couple hours and can't get an answer on the "New Customer Consultation" option for this branch. At least have someone answer and take call back information.”

11628 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati“I arrived at the NSBT Springdale branch after having a long work day and the NSBT Team welcomed me at the door entering the branch- as they always do. Debbie, the assistant manager, who assisted me; was so patient, conscientious, detail oriented, and professional. Debbie and the NSBT Team Members went above and beyond yesterday to ensure my financial/banking needs were properly addressed. Debbie took the time and patience to support me with a process involving multiple documents and completing a wire transfer. I am sure, the closer it got to closing time, the team was more than ready for me to leave! lol! However, even though it interrupted their closing- routines; they all worked together to assist me with my situation. I am so appreciative of the hard work, diligence and professionalism of the NSBT Team at the Springdale location. Debbie the Assistant Manager, under the leadership of her branch manager is just awesome!!!!! As a customer, I left feeling respected, appreciated, and that my needs were important to the NSBT Team. The culture of this branch is welcoming and inviting to all customers irrespective of race, age, gender, sexual orientation or account status. I have never observed them depart from this practice. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Debbie, to ensure things went well and to ask if there was anything more she could do to assist me. Needless to say, my document needs were addressed, my wire was sent and I was so relieved. I know I was only able to achieve this sense of relief due to the efforts of this Great NSBT Team at Springdale. Thank you guys so much for all you do to support customers like me!”
