I purchased a can of paint that did not match ( after one squirt) and went to return it and was told very rudely that they “ did not want it back” . Most hardware stores will allow you to use one shot to see the color on a piece of cardboard upon request… I am not familiar with the return policy ( which was not explained to me before or after the fact), and felt that this was handled in an unprofessional manner.

We've been in this house for over 20 years. It's wonderful to have a business like Cramer's right in the neighborhood. The service is always wonderful. What's more, on those occasions that they may not have something, they're willing to tell you where or how to take care of it. that's service!

Staff know the layout of the store to get you what you need but their inventory is lacking they only have a fraction of each selection of their items like electrical and plumbing. Overall good but if you need a wide range of items I suggest elsewhere
