Great modern health facility. Dr. Carly Morgan is excellent, she was very thorough. I would like to congratulate the nurse as well. They did my physical exam and bloodwork. I felt heard and cared.

Jennifer Welte conducts guessing games with treatment then blames the patient when the treatment doesn't work. Her bedside manner is not the greatest, very "what do you want, ok now leave" type of attitude. Pain management is serious and it leads to depression for many, just wish she cared more for her patients and really put in an effort to eliminate or reduce pain. If you need additional assistance like a work note, insurance paperwork filled out to justify all the testing and mini surgeries; she won't fill it out. Now the patient is left in pain, Dr. bills, employer upset, etc and all she can say is "let me stab you some more with these needles". I can't recommend her to anyone, she hasn't shown the compassion required of the oath she took.

Got appointment at 9. Arrived at 8 45 and checked in. Wait till 9 15 and ask the front desk to see whats going on. She said there still more people in front of me and I were the 2nd one in the waiting room. Majority of people Arrived after me get in and how is the lady checked in after me gonna get in before me? Maybe because I'm asian and she is white.

Today, for the first time in 10 years, I encountered two rude receptionist. I arrived two hours early because I needed some blood work done. When I booked this appointment I was told that I could come at any time. I was rudely told that they didn't do any afternoon blood work at this location and I needed to make an appointment. I advise the lady I was only relying what I was told over the phone. They advise me to go to Kroger's or something and to come back at 2. So, returning at 2pm for my appointment, another lady, who was there when I first arrived, told me to get over here. I asked her, did you just tell me to get over here? She proudly said yes yes I did. I've always been greeted with, hi how can I help you? Now I might go into my appt with high blood pressure from the rudeness I encountered today.

Delivered $300 worth of Bibibop here, which I was HARASSED about while waiting for the food due to lunch rush at the Liberty Center mall location. Got tipped $0. Made $8 total for over an hour of my time. DISRESPECTFUL. ?

I called TriHealth to get copies of my X-Ray and MRI images. When I walked in as instructed the front desk employee quickly reminded me why I don't get my care from TriHealth anymore. She seemed to be put off by my asking her a question. She tried to quickly dismiss me, but reluctantly went to see if the radiologist could help me. The radiology employee was very helpful and courteous and earned both of these stars but she did tell me they like 24 hours to fill a request. That was not what the person who answered the phone told me and not the service I got at ProScan or UC.

It was refreshing to be served by a mature, friendly, knowledgeable staff at the counter. My wait was expected and the doctor I saw was very nice and listened to my concerns. Tri Health does a great job! Thank you for your passion servicing your patients. You don't find this level of commitment in most health care facilities. I'll be certain to recommend this Tri Health location.

This had to have been the cleanest hospital I've been to and all the staff I came into contact with was very friendly. I often have a difficult time finding a doctor that I mesh well with, but I think I might have found one!
