Others have shared issues with this location being frequently closed and understaffed. This has also been my experience. The concept of a lab where patients can walk in and get their tests taken care of is great. If they are closed, they need to communicate this better than a notice on the door. While there are other locations, patients cannot access these in time for work if we only find out about the closure after arriving. Please consider posting your closures on your Google business page.

Maybe it's an underlying problem with TriHealth and their process. Lots of bad reviews about this specific lab though. Closing a location unexpectedly isn't a major problem albeit an inconvenience so long as people can be made aware of the closer before showing up. This is definitely a failure of the walk in process TriHealth is using for their labs. Just showing up and finding a note on the door saying they're closed is unacceptable customer service.

The sample of the fluid from my hip was LOST! So now I have to go back and have the doc stick that huge needle in my hip again and draw more fluid off. TOTAL LACK OF CONFIDENCE in tri health labs!

Twice in the last 2 months I have gone to this location. Both times the employees showed up when the doors should be open or later. Then the wait for them to set everything up before someone can go in. Why can’t these employees be able to be there earlier be ready to go at 7:30 when the doors open?

The phlebotomist working when I went in to get a series of routine labs drawn was extremely rude and said some derogatory words! I was APPALLED with how inappropriate she was acting and then throwing derogatory language around...I didn't even end up getting my labs drawn, she told me she wasn't sure what one of the orders was and that she was not going to draw any of my labs drawn!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Choose any other lab location. An extremely abusive, abrasive, rude, disrespectful bully works at the Cornell Crossing location. And she is the only tech there that ever had to stick me multiple time to get my draw. Just go somewhere else.

Stopped in this morning for fasting blood work for my teenage (minor) son. I was told very abruptly to leave the room and that parents are not allowed in the room with their children during blood draws because of Covid. I had called before going and was not told this and we’ve been getting blood draws and we have been allowed in the room with our son (and for all of his other appointments with providers?). I was calm and asked to stay. She obliged. When we left I thanked her and she told me I would never be allowed in her exam room again. Just floored me to have someone be so confrontational to a parent. She did a great job with the draw. But unfortunately we’ll choose another location.

Stopped in just after lunch Feb, 2. The young woman was super nice and quick. In and out in about 5 minutes. Had results in a few hours.

I went for routine blood work. Told the gal that I have tiny veins. She said she felt a good one and jabbed the needle in and HIT A NERVE! Terrible pain sent me up off the chair and she acted like it was no big deal and that I was being a baby! She did say she might have hit a nerve, with barely an “I’m sorry”.I made her take the needle out and she then went to my hand with a butterfly needle...proceeded to stick me then kept moving the needle around! That’s been three days ago and I’m still having pain and discomfort and some numbness in that arm and hand.I am used to getting frequent blood draws and I have never had this happen before. I’ve read that this pain can go on for several months sometimes! Where is Trihealth’s liability???!

This lab is conveniently next door to the family medicine practice that I go to. I went about 11ish on a weekday, and there was no wait. The ladies there were friendly and efficient. Must have been in and out of there in five minutes! I really hate blood tests and can't believe I'm giving 5 stars for it, but the experience couldn't have been better - for blood work!
