I have had my Trek bike since 1988 and went into the store for the first-time last week. Everyone was very nice and helpful; they were knowledgeable about the bikes. I will surely be back!

The Blue Ash, Ohio store has excellent service. Joe and Avery were amazing at providing customer support. I was greater right away upon entering the store. Joe asked me what type of bike I was going to need and what terrains I was going to be riding on. He told me about the reason why Trek went from the suspension front forks to the solid forks on the Dual Sport bikes. I fell in love with the Black Olive color and the 10 speed gears. Upon ordering the bike, Joe said, it would be about a week or two before it came in. He was right. Avery called and I told him he was a God for telling me it was in. I picked it up that evening after work. I ride it the very next day and Love it. I will always use Trek for my bike care and will tell others to shop at the store in Blue Ash.

Joe was great! Very quick response for my online request to hold a bike. He was super friendly, professional and helped me with everything I needed at the store. Store was clean and organized with a good selection of bikes and accessories. The rest of the staff was also very nice.

Just a good bike shop. Even though the staff have a whole community to serve, they always find one way or another to greet me by name. Kind, generous and smart dudes, who keep me and my bike rolling.

Another great experience with the staff at Trek! They worked with me to find the saddle I needed online and had it shipped to the store quickly. Lots of bikes and always like to browse the clearance table.

They have a good selection here if you’re in the market for a gravel bike like I was but I was never greeted or asked if I needed help and they weren’t busy at all. Can’t say I’ll return as there are other options in the area.

I like that the mechanic listened carefully to my descriptions and requests. He also explained all the services included in the service package I purchased. The bike service was completed on time, as promised. The bike was wiped clean - a very personal touch!
