The location was close to where we wanted to be within walking distance so no need to drive and find parking. The hotel was nice and accommodating. Our only complaint would have to be the noise level outside other than that it was quite pleasant.

Great rooms when your company pays for it. Still pretty good even if I had to pay myself. Centrally located downtown. Very clean and nice.

Stayed in a top floor king suite and it was one of the nicest hotels rooms I've ever stayed in. Would absolutely stay again.

The street noise was crazy… Wall and window were so thin that even if I was on 7th floor, I still couldn’t sleep because of the street noise. Serious problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown for a week on a business trip from India, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, weary from my long journey and checking in at an odd hour around 1:35 am, the front desk staff, especially Ms. Jontee, made me feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, efficient, and ensured that all my preferences were taken care of promptly. It is this kind of outstanding customer service that truly makes a difference and sets a hotel apart. The property itself is fantastic. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after my long days of work.Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The variety was commendable, and everything was delicious. It was the perfect start to my busy days.I cannot recommend TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Downtown enough. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, this hotel is an excellent choice. The combination of a well-maintained property, a plethora of amenities, and exceptional customer service make it a winner in my book.I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The noise from the street makes the hotel an automatic “no” for me. I’ve stayed at street facing hotels before and I’ve never experienced this much car engine noise. The rooms are ok and the hotel is clean. The hotel’s booking policies are stringent so if you need travel flexibility, this is not the hotel for you.

Professional kind staff, very clean hotel, higher than average breakfast quality. Great access to several places in downtown. Cheap parking in the next building.

The first time I stayed in there, it was nice. I think it was because I was one of the first guest to stay there. The second time I stayed there the room I had was terrible It was right next to the dumpster so every morning I was awakened by the trash being picked up. I also think there was a mouse in my room, but I couldn't find it. I just kept hearing pitter patter at night. So I slept with the lights on the second night. The only reason why I didn't complain was because I was leaving in the morning. The staff is really nice though. I didn't use any of the other areas other than my room.

The rooms here are spacious and located in a great location for lots of walkable restaurants. The hotel is located on a fairly busy road so be prepared for a fairly noisy night.

I’m not even sure how to describe how bad this hotel was. We have Marriott status. We stay at lots of hotels. I’m not even picky. This hotel was GROSS. Dirty, dirty, zero service, terrible breakfast, dirty pool and room.

The rooms are clean and decent, but good god the ungodly noise. Even on 6th floor, woken up at 4 AM and 5 AM to people reviving their engines. That is IF you manage to get to sleep at 2 AM with people revving their engines. It’s

I wish I had paid more attention to another review that mentioned the obnoxious amount of street noise. The noise level was ridiculous and prevented having a good night of sleep. Just a really bad location due to the amount of loud motorcycles and stereos outside that went well past 3am. I have not experienced that in other downtown Cincinnati hotels, even on the weekends. Will not go back to Townplace Suites.

While eavesdropping on a conversation that an associate of mine was having with Shondale Turner just a few moments ago, I was utterly appalled by her lack of basic respect and decency - she found it humorous to engage in mockery and disrespect. Her behavior epitomizes the very essence of dishonesty, which is something I find utterly reprehensible. What makes it all worse is that I have family members who are part of this organization and they have confirmed to me that her so-called policy is nothing more than a barefaced deception. I have firsthand experience, as well as testimonies from my family, that starkly contradict her ludicrous claims. This is not some baseless accusation; it is a fact based on personal experiences. The bottom line is that we are left with no choice but to escalate this matter. This repugnant display of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity on Shondale Turner's part is absolutely shameful and must be addressed. It's an outright disgrace that such a person holds any position of influence within the company. This is an alarming state of affairs that warrants immediate attention and rectification.

Not being a regular visitor with this brand I think I under/overbooked my room. Room was for three people and while very nice was small in its footprint. We could never figure out the sofa bed if it was one. The sofa by itself was too small to sleep on. The kitchen was nice but not really useful for us this trip. The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Parking is a problem but there is paid parking next door for 7 a day.One note that I’ve noticed with hotels in Cincinnati is that the shower water appears and feels oily, no clue why.
