Don’t send y’all kids to “TOTally Climbers” I work for a temp company and was scheduled at this facility for today first off I want to acknowledge how rude the staffing and manager are… the manager didn’t follow the temp company guidelines nor didn’t she justify the assignments that should’ve been completed during the shift. the staffing sits around gossiping about the parents and children all day & not to mention how I was assisting a child with their meal & a teacher forced a child to go to nap because they were eating slow the child literally took 2 bites of bread and a sip of milk and parents wonder why they’re kids are always hungry when they pick up their kids from daycare. After I witnessed this I expressed my concerns to the manager & was relieved off for the rest of the day. I don’t think some of the staffing are in this field for the liking or nurturing of the children. Be careful who you leave your children in the hands of it’s the little things that matters when your caring for children

Great place. My daughter loves the instructors and other kids. They do alot of activities and do a great job teaching the kids different subjects. I'll be putting my 2nd one in the same place.

Was a huge advocate of this daycare until being employed and being able to experience what the actual reviews said about the owner and operator being egotistical, very disrespectful and uncaring. The only saving grace to this establishment is the underpaid and mistreated employees who are the only reason you should consider even doing business with her and sending your kids. Very disheartened as I had so much respect for the owner but now she has shown how miserable she is and how she is failing at even being a decent human being. All positive reviews are made by her family and herself. Please investigate this center before enrolling your child or seeking employment Look elsewhere

I absolutely love this center and the staff. They have been a second family for us and have been very supportive along the way. Ms. Spencer welcomed us with open arms and have been working with our family during the challenges of my sons needs. He has been enrolled here since 6 weeks and he will be 3 soon. That alone speaks volumes. Even throughout the pandemic, Ms. Spencer made sure we had pampers, age appropriate snacks and activities and I am forever grateful. The curriculum is spot on and we will be continuing on with the preschool program offered here. The center offers daily updates thru an app which includes pictures of your child completing activities and much more. The classes are small and IMO is great for balance and student centered needs. I can go on and on with the praises for this center. You won’t be disappointed here. Again I love this center and if we could stay here 18 years with Ms. Spencer… we would.

The center is pretty cool. Very clean and the staff is personable. As an employer, the owner is firm and clear on expectations. She provides feedback on performance as well as coaches employees on childcare best practices. The team is small and depends on each teacher. Mrs. Spencer stresses communicating with her in a timely manner when something prevents you from working your scheduled shift. Haven’t had problem with her but I’ve also given reasonable notice when I need to deviate from my assigned schedule or needed to request time off.Senior staff members are great at sharing their knowledge and making new team members feel welcomed. They have helped me learn the ropes pretty quick.There are plenty of teaching tools and classroom activities for the children. Also, the center runs a very consistent schedule (for the kids) every day.Employees and students (over the age 2) wear mask while in the center. Also, we are required to clean toys (and every area kids are active) daily.Overall, the work expectations and experience has been consistent with any other employer I’ve worked for. This is a good job for people that enjoy early childhood education.

Totally Kids is run with a high regard for the customers they serve the …young children there’s a zero tolerance for mis-treatment of our the customers. Owner and staff have been thoroughly trained and and highly credentialed. State of the art technology and best practices are in place in order to provide quality curriculums to prepare infants ..toddlers ..and preschoolers for life Beyond the learning center. Totally Kids Recognized in Cincinnati as one of the most promising day care centers in the city.

My kid attends this daycare and I have never had any issues. Reading the recent reviews and I’m a little disappointed with the negative reviews that are purposely being left by bitter ex employees. I pray that future and current parents have the ability to see through the nonsense of these bad apples. You no longer work there get over it and move on. You have nothing to gain by slandering someone’s business that they spent building. Come to work when scheduled and you won’t get fired. Parents depend on you to come to work. Our kids depend on you to teach them. Our tax dollars and co pays are your paycheck. If you don’t want it then move on so someone that wants it can have it and maybe you can be mature next time to not leave a negative review to hurt someone. Grow TF up

The owner is unprofessional. She thinks she’s God and treats people however she wants. The owner screams at the kids. She has built her business off another daycare in another state. I was fooled by Ms. Spencer until I did some research.

My son attends this center when he is not in school. The staff does a great job assisting with homework. They are helping my other children prepare for preschool. The center is clean and the staff does a great job of caring for my children while they are in the center.
