We have been waiting for a month to have a storm door installed. Just this past week we were finally able to get the door measured. We already knew the measurements but were told it had to be measured by them for installation. We should have been told when we set this up that storm door installation would be a long drawn out process. I'm afraid at this point we are unable to get our money back.

I ordered three appliances from Home Depot on Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio. The first refrigerator was too big so they had to bring a second one back. The delivery guy was horrible. He was supposed to call half an hour before arrival. Someone called and hung up the phone. There was no message left. Then about 10 minutes later someone called again and hung up. I tried to call back and got no answer. I was waiting there for them to deliver the refrigerator. When they arrived I said hey why didn't you leave a message so I knew you were on your way. He screamed at me "You don't tell me what to say lady.". I said, "I just want to know when you're going to be here. You didn't leave a message so I didn't know who was calling and what was going on"He said" lady you got a bad attitude I'm not delivering this refrigerator to you." I said " a bad attitude is just expecting to be informed on when you're going to be here?"he started backing out so I called Home DepotThe manager never did call me back. So he left and did not deliver the refrigerator. The delivery people at Home Depot are terrible mean and rude. He said I was a liar because I told him I have been waiting since 8 AMmaybe they would be respectful towards men I don't know. Maybe it's just because I'm a woman and they don't like to be told by a woman what to do.I'm a landlord and Home Depot just lost $20,000 a year of my business. I will pay $100 extra for a refrigerator from Lowe's to get good service on the delivery

Terrible service, rude employees. Ordered a four appliance Samsung package, waited weeks for delivery. On day of delivery no call no show. After 45 minutes on the phone and being hung up on there times, I'm told the truck broke down and don't have a choice but to wait until next week. Meanwhile we're living out of a cooler. Please take your money elsewhere!

Understaffed, no one working in the evening knew how to work the saw, and we didn't find out until after 20 minutes of waiting. Instead of telling us to go elsewhere, they made us wait 10 minutes to just tell us we're out of luck. Don't waste your time here, lowes down the road is 10x better

Purchased a new electric dryer from this store. I was sold on paying for delivery and installation to make sure it’s done properly and told of I didn’t pay for the installation they couldn’t cover any issues we may have with the dryer. I paid for the installation. After a few weeks the dryer because smoking from the back of it, a burning smell filled my house and my breaker tripped. The dryer would not cut back on. I called Home Depot since this is a brand new dryer and was told to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a service person (LG) who stated that the dryer was improperly installed a few ways. One the screws for the dryer cord were not tightened and the wires were in the wrong place on the cord. The back of the dryer has a diagram clearly showing where the wires go. It’s so clear a preschooler could match it up. The LG rep stated they can start replacing for parts but with it being an electric dryer and the wires being burnt they can’t guarantee how long it will last. Now since I invested in a new dryer and this issue is due to an installation that I paid Home Depot for I’ve been contacting them for a replacement. They continue to give me the runaround. State it’s a manufacturer issue and the manufacturer should replace the dryer. While the manufacturer states this is due to Home Depot’s installer and they should be trying to rectify this issue. This has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks.

Needed a new fridge so went picked up one got home to find the corner smashed in after taking the box off. Decided I'd have the new one delivered after taking back the damaged unit. They drive a huge box truck through a tiny street where driveways are connected to the street by bridges. And now I have to wait another damn week for it to be delivered this is the first and last time I ever use delivery.

Absolute worst customer service. Every time I’m in this location I spend so much extra time just waiting for an associate to assist me with anything. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot and literally think it’s worth the travel to avoid this location!

it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.

I ordered a workbench and went to pick it up. There was a fellow being helped in front of me at the pickup counter so I gladly wait. In comes another fellow who waits for a short time behind me but then goes to the return counter where he gets waited on with his pickup item. No one checked to see if there were people waiting in line. Unaware and extremely poor customer service. I ordered a brand of workbench only found at Home Depot but for the rest of my needs I'll be glad to go the extra mile to Lowe's!

Holy Cow!!! This place is beyond help. Stopped in to order a special order soaking tub, after 30 minutes of being sent here, there and everywhere, I left. Does anyone at this place understand customer service? While waiting, I was able to search the net and find our tub on Build.com.

Ordered kitchen appliances back in April and they were delivered this past Friday. The delivery drivers were fantastic and very helpful.
