Tom is a nice, honest, down to earth kind of guy! I was in an accident and my drivers door was smashed up along with front fender. It took a little over 3 weeks and when I picked it up they cleaned the inside and washed and waxed it! It feels like Im driving a brand new truck! So very pleased with the work that was done and Tom is a nice guy to talk to and deal with! Straight shooter and great work!! I recommend him for any work and will use him every time I need work done! Thanks Tom!!

Nice and clean! Everything always works and there are lots of bays. It's in a good location, feels very safe and well lit at night. The vacuum is always working and powerful too.

Use the car wash out in front of this business all the time. Never had an issue until today. The soap for the brush wasn't wanting to dispense. Wasted almost half of my $5 worth of tokens. Called the number out front, assuming to just leave a message since it's a Sunday. While waiting for the massage to play and leave my own message. I received an incoming call. It was the owner calling me. I let him know about the issue, and he was polite, and offered to make it right for me.The definition of customer service is make your customers happy. And this car wash owner has. I understand mechanical errors happen, things break down. But rather than pass the blame, first thing he did was apologize and offer to make it right. Which is so rare today. Not that it wasn't already, but this is my go to self service car wash. Been driving since 1993 and probably once or twice every month I come in here to wash off my car. And this was the first time I'd ever had an issue. And it was addressed promptly and professionally. A+
