Most people have had a great experience here, but I had nothing but issues. Every suit I have fits different even after multiple tries to get it correct, most suits had issues from the tailor such as the lining not being sowed in, pockets ripped, pants coming in multiple inches too tight/big, misses on requested customized aspects then being told that the tailor won't take it back to do it, etc. A lot of the issues I had were comical due to how bad it was.... I went here for the convenience aspect, and it turned out to be nothing but inconvenient.

First and foremost, Seth Bittner is a true professional and a great person, which is the most important to me. And Seth has the benefit of the quality of Tom James standing behind him. I am very pleased with the quality and fit of everything I have purchased from Seth. I will never buy a suit anywhere else.

Dave was very helpful considering my late notice. I needed a custom made suit in less than a week and I was outfitted with a slick navy herringbone suit. People noticed the high quality suit and I received compliments.I am a noob when it comes to my suit game but Dave gave some great pointers for suit care. I will definitely come to Tom James again and would recommend to others.
