I had a tire leak/ flat from what looked like a screw or bolt sticking out. My husband over filled my tire slightly so I can get it to Tire Discounters before going to work nearby. I called them first and Dakota told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. I did just that and left my car there for several hours while I went to work. They took care of patching my tire and I feel safer now! Thank you Dakota and others who took care of my issue quickly!

Staff was excellent!! Service was excellent. I walked in with a problem with valve covers for my tires and they were fast and true to their word about timing and price!! I was in and out and they made sure I had enough time to pick up my son from school!! Thank you!!

I called on Friday, 10/11, and spoke to Dawson. I scheduled an appointment for today (Monday, the 14th) for an oil change. I dropped my truck off at 8:00 AM as discussed and waited to get a call. 8 hours later, I'd still not heard anything so I called for a status update only to be told that I didn't have an appointment and that I was on a “drop off list” and being considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
When I spoke to J.R. and Charles for updates, both got highly defensive when I explained that I was supposed to have had an appointment and nobody bothered saying anything contrary when I brought the vehicle in that morning. When I asked for a time frame that it would be done, I was told, “You're first on the list after the appointments…”, then “You're next in line once a bay opens up…” and finally, “Well, we close at 7, so it will be done by then.” Charles, who claimed to be the manager, even had the gall to snap back with a, “Do you want us to help you or not?”
Not once was there an apology for the overall situation or ownership of any mistake that was made in not properly scheduling my appointment. Charles blatantly refused to even acknowledge it happening. I get that mistakes can happen and I wouldn't claim any part of this was intentional neglect, but the way the situation has been handled was atrocious customer service and unacceptable, overall.

Dropped a vehicle off at 945, told a 1 hour job would be done,,,nope bought 10 ply tires at 80 psi, told no leave them half flat the psi on the door overruled the tire, wasted an entire day for an oil change? Nope..not the place

I have dealt with Charles at the dent location a couple of times over the last few months. No one else will ever get my business as long as he’s around. He’s up front and honest and so easy to deal with. I never feel like he’s trying to squeeze me or get me to pay for something I don’t need.
