I purchased jewelry from the website earlier this year, about six month in my pearl fell off. Customer service told me to go to the nearest location to get a repair. I paid $147 for a repair!! First off the sales rep tried to tell me that they send the jewelry to New York for repair and that they would use Tiffany special glue, lol. Glue is glue like I would buy into that. It took a month to get my jewelry back and then two of having my jewelry that same pearl fell off again!! Customer service told me to take it back again for a free repair. Why would I want a repair if it failed the first time? I can glue it myself. I want a new set of pearls. They can do that.

Will charge exorbitant repair prices even when something realistically should be under warranty. Was charged $140+ to repair earrings that became unglued that were 6 months old. Caveat emptor

What can I not say about the Client Advisor Kayla Blalock Brazile . She was very knowledgeable about all the products we inquired about and did it with a friendly personality and a smile that lit up the store (pretty hard to do with all the lights in there) I wanted to buy a diamond ring and I wanted to buy it from her because of the service I received! I’m a believer in the Tiffany & Co. Brand because of her. Information is key I must say. Thank you Kayla, I’ll see you again!

This morning as I was getting ready to walk out my door of my home on my way to Tiffany in Kenwood my husband said to me baby look at their reviews and I'm so glad that I did Nevermind Tiffany I will look into Pandora.

I adore this store. Service is always so good and friendly. If only it wasn't so expensive...I headed in for a specific necklace, and they showed me several different but close styles, and these are so classic and identifiable I couldn't resist making that splurge. And it's so worth it, making me feel special every time I wear it, and people notice and comment on it.

I will F-ckn NEVER buy tiffany again I bought a bracelet $700 bucks after only having it 5 months the bracelet fell off my wrist the claps broke ? they had me pay 75 bucks to fix a claps so $775 These Mfs don't value customers who spend their hard earned money So they don't deserve to get our money! 5 months and it fell apart WOW! Never will I buy tiffany again

They don't care about clients, only how much money they can get off clients. Took an expensive ring to be resized and they charge a fee when most places will do it complimentary especially with large ticket items. Do better Tiffanys.

I had horrible customer service here where the employees didn’t look my way to help & once helped I was rushed. I was told that they no longer carried the item I wanted however, I had already spoke with a representative via phone & it was available. The salesman in cincy stated she worked there for a very long period of time and she was Shute that the item was discontinued. I ended up making my purchase in Atlanta & when I say it was a HUGE difference! Customer service in Atlanta was great & I was able to purchase my item that Cincinnati stated “was discontinued” . I will never come to this Tiffany I was disgusted with the customer service. If you don’t look the part you don’t get any customer service from Cincinnati Tiffany store!

My husband and my son went to pick up my Christmas gifts ( toggle chain and bracelets) and was immediately stereotyped and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. My husband expressed that the lady quoted him a certain amount via email and phone however, when he went to pick up the item, the price tripled and the lady looked as if he cannot afford it and started putting the item back before even asking or consulting the next step, when I receive the item it was too small, so I called to see how I can get it extended and was immediately advised I will have to send it out and it will take four weeks. I really thought I wanted Tiffany’s for Christmas. This will be my last buy, at least from this location .

My husband started visiting Tiffany's a few years back and worked with Diana. If not for Diana's amazing customer service I'm sure he could have could elsewhere to shop for special gifts. Time and time again Diana's personal touch has made walking into Tiffany's feel like a special experience. From birthdays, anniversary, graduation, Valentines and special preview events. I have had a "meh" experience previously when picking up a tie for my husband a few years ago, but that was my lesson...always have your person that you enjoy working with. Thanks Diana for being our families favorite at Tiffany's.
