New to Cincinnati and just moved here for a job. Looked around, read reviews, thought this place seemed reliable enough. I dropped off some suits on Friday that I needed to have ready for a business trip on Tuesday. I was told they would be done Saturday by 3. I never heard anything from them, so I stopped in on Sunday to pick them up assuming everything was fine. Nope. The conveyor belt is broken. According to the employee, apparently that means that they don't know if my clothes are clean or dirty and they didn't even bother trying to find them (didn't even ask to look at my ticket). I asked if they could just give my clothes back so I could take them somewhere else or clean them at home so I have something to wear to work next week. They didn't even look at the order number to see if they could find them. They just said my clothes were mixed in with thousands of other items of clothes and there was no way to find them. So I guess now I don't know if they even have my clothes or when I might possibly get them back. So I'm stuck trying to buy brand new suits for work next week. Obviously an upsetting, stressful, and expensive experience. I know that stuff happens, and I tried to be understanding and reasonable about finding a solution. Really I just wanted my clothes back, clean or not. But the lack of concern by the employees made an already shitty situation feel even worse. I wish they would've called on Saturday to let me know there was an issue, or been more understanding when I went on Sunday to try and figure out a solution.

Just wanted to update to 5 stars. Excellent service as usual!
Tide Cleaner's are great and convenient for getting dry-cleaning done. The locker service is just phenomenal, as its incredibly convenient and easy to use. Clothes are always pressed and wrinkle free, organized, and smell amazing. The alterations are on-point, and they do a great job sewing patches on my uniforms. I would love to see the full-size blue bags return!
Only issues I've had are them not putting the little plastic clips on the pants hangar (so the pants don't slide off), and not keeping the cuffs of the french cuffed shirts "cuffed" and pressing them straight (rather than cuffed), which throws off the crease.They have also creased my pants down the side rather than the front a couple times, but this hasn't happened at all recently, and when it did, they have always made it right. Never anything too major, just little things that could make the experience better. Again, to stress this point, the customer service is EXCELLENT ?. Anytime I've had a problem, they always give me a credit and fix the issue. Overall the service is great and I would highly recommend! These are the only people I trust with my nice clothes!

Love my Tide in Oakley. They always do a great job. We recently had our winter coats cleaned, and thet came back clean and crisp. Chris is really great at reaching out for pick ups and deliveries.

I walked in as a first time customer hoping to get some items cleaned. The three women standing at the front of the store chose to tell me that they probably won't get it clean, and kept interrupting me when I tried to speak and tell what had happened and what I did to try to clean it myself. They then began to talk down to me and my daughter.
I found the entire experience absolutely appalling, and rude. These women increased my anxiety and set off an autistic tantrum. Interrupting a potential customer, not allowing them to speak, and being condescending are extremely rude and unprofessional. I turned right around and walked out because I was treated so badly by not letting me speak. I will not be returning to this location.

More than 2x price of Zips dry cleaning across the street that does a great job. Nice people here but prices are out of control. Will not come back.

Terrible customer service. Website says “in by 9, out by 5” Showed up at 8:45am on my day off and was told they “just recently changed it to 8”. I drove 35 minutes to specifically go to this dry cleaners. Maybe change your website… very annoying…

If you care about the piece of clothing, don’t bring it here.
My husband and I brought our wedding tuxedo and gown here to get the tuxedo dry cleaned and gown preserved. The kid at the register admitted he didn’t know what he was doing and we didn’t get a receipt and I left very nervous we may never see my gown again. I even called the next day to talk to someone else to make sure everything was set because I didn’t get a receipt, an email, nothing, and they assured me it was all set and the service is on my account and the gown will be sent out.
Over a month went by, my gown should be ready, and when we pick up my husbands tuxedo they said there was no wedding gown on my account. They threw out the garment bag my husbands tuxedo was dropped off in and threw out his cufflinks with it. I asked if they threw out my gowns garment bag and thank god they found my gown somewhere in the store. They never even sent it out. The manager claimed they called me to make sure I really wanted to get it preserved but I checked my call log and voicemails and that never happened. I got an attitude so I took the gown home with me and I will bring it somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Employees lack training and should not handle something as important as a wedding gown. Leaving this review because no one in the store cared about the multiple issues we had. If you care about your clothing item, don’t bring it here.

Horrible . I came in explaining this was my first time at a service like this asking how it worked . I was told I had to bring in 10lb of laundry and it was $2 something a lb. I brought in one large laundry bag with less than 30 pieces of clothing and was charged over $90 . I was given No estimate or anything . Had I known it would
Be so expensive to wash everyday clothing I would have not used this service.
In addition my (two) favorite sweatshirts got ruined . I had washed them in the regular wash in the past when I did have a washer and dryer .
I will be going in person to find the manager asap to see what can be done about this issue . Over $200 wasted if you include the damages to my clothing .

When I called, the young lady was very professional and helpful. She did her best to help fix my situation. It was on Friday Feb 9, 2024 in mid morning.
