Review update.
Bought in December 2023. A week of owning it, I addressed some cosmetic issues with the door pillar plastics, it’s broken and flaps in the wind. They told me they didn’t fix it and wanted to worry about the car being mechanically ready for me. I was like alright, that’s fine. Well, car broke down in May, 5 months of owning it, had it towed to a nearby shop and they told me I needed a new motor. Called Cincinnati Cadillac where I bought the car multiple times to try and address the issue and see what I can do and basically got no response, always straight to voicemail. So I towed it to Joseph Cadillac in Florence for a second opinion and they basically told me the same thing, about 8k-12k to replace a motor for a car that I only had for about 5 months. That’s just crazy to me. Also had the car serviced in March at Cincinnati Cadillac for a routine maintenance check/oil change. Now Car is no longer drivable. Parts of the motor broke (lifters, push rod etc.) into pieces inside and apparently it’s a known issue with these Escalades. Had the car towed to another shop that is well known with the LS engines and they were able to communicate and work with me and it is now fixed and they also found out the rear end needed fixed/replaced. Had a whole bunch of metal shavings in the whole assembly/diff. So we just replaced the whole rear end/axle assembly.
Just buying a car from you guys and motor literally grenaded on me only 5 months of owning it and not wanting to communicate with me is crazy to me. Thought I bought a nice car that will last for a while but ended up being a lemon of a car. Spent close to 10k to get it all fixed and back on the road and it’s now performing so much better than it was. Thanks so much guys.

I’ve been on a hunt for an Escalade that fitted my budget and the year I wanted and Cincinnati Cadillac had one so we scheduled an appointment to check it out! Brandon Ozier was our sales rep and once I checked out the car thoroughly inside and out, test drove it too and I was pretty satisfied! Satisfied with the car and how much Brandon has helped me with providing every single detail of the car and made sure we were taken care of. The whole team there made sure everything went through smoothly for us and I could have taken the car home same day but since car just got out of service from being a new arrival car, Brandon wanted to make sure the car was fully cleaned and detailed for me which was very much appreciated! Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Hey my name is Henry Reese, I would to write a review, (something I don't do much) :) on the service I received while purchasing a 2016 Cadillac CTS, keep in mind that I live in Louisville Ky. I was doing what a lot of people do now, I was searching online a found one I liked at Cincinnati Cadillac, I reached out and was put in touch with a (Mr.) Brandon Ozier who guided me from first phone call, to Driving off the lot, including pre approval, to approval!! a total Professional the whole way, never pushy very Knowledgeable, returned all calls promptly......once an approval was made I headed to Cincinnati Cadillac Wow!! I was surprised to learn that this young (to me) I'm 68yrs old. This Young Black Professional was Confident and Knowledgeable, made me feel right at home, although I was from out of town.....allowed me to test drive, introduced me to the staff, everybody was smiling, (kind of busy) lol, but not to busy to smile wave and speak I have owned a few Cadillacs in my life. Because of the all around Service of Cincinnati Cadillac I'm looking forward to being a lifelong Customer.... and I live out of town!!! and recommend you give Brandon Ozier Manager / Salesman a Call @ Cincinnati Cadillac..... thanks for being a Professional

Brandon is a Rockstar and provided a Masterclass in customer service. I recently had an incident with my 2023 Cadillac Escalade, severely damaging the rear liftgate. It was in the evening and in downtown Cincinnati. I called to leave Brandon a message, informing him of the incident via voicemail. He immediately called me back and offered to meet me at the dealership (10:30pm), bringing the vehicle into the shop for safe keeping and immediate assessment the next morning! I received a call the next morning from Brandon, and from the Service Manager, with a game plan to quickly fix the truck and get it back to me. Amazing responsiveness, attention, and turn around! This type of customer service is special and unique. Thank you Brandon and Cincinnati Cadillac!! A Loyal Customer.

Car shopping SUCKS. I can name five things I like more than car shopping, including getting a root canal. My wife and I started searching for a new vehicle after putting over 100,000 miles on a Lincoln Navigator. We needed to find the "right fit." We visited several dealerships looking for the "perfect ride." We called our friend Donna at Cincinnati Cadillac, who promptly connected us with Brandon. Brandon was great, taking the time to understand our concerns and how we intended to use the vehicle. We weighed many options, like leases, financing, cash, trade-ins, etc. Brandon was patient in answering all of our questions. After several calls and days of discussions, we finally went in.
There, we were introduced to Adam, who showed us the car. First, let me tell you, after visiting 10+ different dealerships, the first impression here was much classier. The place was clean, we were offered drinks, and the staff was well-prepared. We were treated with much respect and class. Adam showed us this stunning 2022 Escalade ESV. I'm not sure if you believe in love at first sight, but this was it! Ten dealerships later, this was the one! Adam and Brandon got to work on putting a deal together.
While I would love to brag that I got the 'deal of a lifetime' or 'the best deal ever,' I can't truthfully say that. What I can say is that I got a fair deal; they treated me right on the trade-in, and I got the car for a fair price. At the end of the day, that's what we all want, right??! Now, what I tell my buddies about the "great deal" might be another story! As with all used cars, no matter how much a dealership inspects a vehicle, there is always something that gets missed. After getting home that night, I discovered the parking sensors weren’t working. I texted Brandon, and he had service get me in the next day. They hooked me up with a brand new Escalade while they replaced the part. No fuss, no money, no problem. I was treated right—fairly and promptly—the way it should be. If every car shopping experience went like the one Brandon and Adam provided us, maybe car shopping wouldn’t suck. Next time, Cincinnati Cadillac will be our first stop, not the last one!

The service department at Cincinnati Cadillac went above and beyond today. My battery failed and they came to my house and replaced it under warranty. It wasn't just a case of "under warranty", it truly was a 5 star response to my needs of getting my car up and running thanks to their immediate response. It was the best experience I ever had from a car dealership and their service personnel.

Arrived near closing time on a Saturday afternoon and did not feel rushed at all. The information about the vehicle that Brandon originally provided was accurate. I purchased a 2021 Cadilliac XT4 last week, and I had the pleasure of working with Adam & Brandon. They both were very nice and professional..Adam was very attentive and patient. Brandon, Adam, and David at Cincinnati Cadillac were great to work with. My husband and I drove in from Knoxville, TN to purchase a sedan from them. We called ahead for information and everything that Brandon told us was accurate. Upon arrival they were incredibly friendly and immediately began to help us. We were considering two different sedans and were shown tremendous patience with all of our questions and no pressure was placed on us to purchase either of them. Once we decided, the purchasing process was smooth and easy. It was evident that they were experienced in the process. We would highly recommend this dealership for either in-town or out-of-town customers.

Sales staff works as a team. My initial phone call was handled by Brandon, followed up with an email explaining exactly what I was looking for. Brandon worked for days to find the car that best filled my requirements, and kept me informed along the way. When I went in person to look at the car and test drive it, and then purchase it, the sales staff worked as a team to orient me to the car, explain technical details, helping me connect with OnStar for my trial subscription, setting up the myCadillac app,and more. At one time Brandon, Garry, Greg, and Adam were all helping me! I am a satisfied repeat customer.
