Tammy deserves 5 stars alone. She is professional, efficient, and a true asset to Westin. She worked tirelessly to get me a room that had a better shower drain. Older hotel but it was very nice. The heavenly beds are incredible. You’ll have the nights sleep.

I stayed here on business in the city and had no complaints. The room was rather spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly. This was appreciated. 5/5.
