Bought @ 2,000 $ mattress and box spring set. Within 3 months I developed degenerative disc disease. Orthopedic doctor told me the bed has destroyed my back. I have zero support In the middle of the mattress where my lower back rest. I spend half the night on the floor or a couch now. Customer service is ambivalent and dismissed me even though my bed is only 6 months old. Horrible service and zero reliability

I bought a mattress there because I had a great experience around 20 years ago with them. I prefer a mattress that I can flip and my first mattress was so comfortable. That mattress lasted a long time. Quality product for a great price. Around 2 years ago, I purchased another mattress and the process was flawless. I would recommend The Original Mattress Factory to anyone.

Just purchased my fourth mattress from The Original Mattress Factory. I love them all including the first which I still have and which has plenty of life in it still. Aside from the quality product their delivery teams are quick and courteous without exception.

Our experience with OMF could not have been better! We were looking for a mattress for my son's new bed. The week before going to OMF, we went to a local retail store to look at mattresses and left disappointed with the high pressure sales tactics and high prices. OMF was like a breath of fresh air! The salesman was friendly and very informative and helpful, using no pressure whatsoever. The mattress options were great. We found one that my son liked and was very reasonably priced. The mattress was delivered within a few days and the delivery team was friendly, quick and efficient. To top it off, my son loves the mattress--he says it's very comfortable. I will definitely shop at OMF in the future and will recommend it to everyone!

We were in the market for a new mattress and wanted to check out the Original Mattress Factory. We were quite pleased with our shopping experience. Our salesperson was most helpful, explaining the features of the different mattresses. He encouraged us to try each to see which ones we liked best. He never rushed us and was very forthcoming with information that helped us make our decision. Great shopping experience.

DO NOT GET A BED HERE!!! Spent over $1,500 on the king size mattress set. After months of struggling to getting acclimated and my back killing me.....we went back up to see what they could do. They gave us some cheap foam top and said to try it. After another coulple month of my back still killing me they said we had to pay a 25% restock fee plus the cost difference to upgrade and another $100 delivery fee for the grand sum of over $750.. Are you kidding me! What ever happened to 100% customer satisfaction. Go to another mattress store where they gaurentee 100% comfort. What happens if I pay the additional $750 return/upgrade and my back still hurts!? This part of the warranty was glossed over “real quickâ€. We are going somewhere else where they will guarantee comfort for a lifetime. I may pay more in the front end, but will be at ease knowing that another company will guarantee the comfort. This is 2019 not 1960. Read the fine print prior to buying a mattress there.
