Just hosted my wedding at this BEAUTIFUL hotel this past weekend. The service was outstanding, the rooms clean and elegant. I couldn't imagine having my ceremony and reception anywhere else. Thank you all! <3

My wife and I travel quite a bit and always look forward to our stay at The Lytle Park Hotel. The hotel just keeps getting better. Our room, 412, was spotless. I mean perfectly clean, from the bathroom, the carpet, the windowsills, curtins, etc. My wife has asthma and is tremendously sensitive to dust. She often experiences difficulty breathing when staying at a hotel, but never at the The Lytle Park. We dined each morning of our stay in their fine restaurant and received a wonderful greeting from the hostess and exceptional attention from our server, Zak. The food was creatively prepared and delicious. Other standouts included Peggy at the front desk and the hotel's outstanding valet team, headed up by Bron, who runs the most efficient valet service we've seen. When you need your car, it's there. No nonsense. The coordination between the bell captains and valet team makes arriving and departing a seamless, effortless process. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.Cincinnati is a lovely gem of a city: the San Francisco of the Midwest. Lots of hills, a trolley, great dining, a riverwalk, friendly residents, a world famous zoo, Rookwood Pottery, and marvelous hiking locations nearby. The Cincinnati Art Museum is free and rotates their exhibits regularly. It is superb and a must see! A most unique Midwestern experience.

We stopped at this beautiful historic hotel on our way back home during a long road trip. I can't say enough good things about the place, the staff -- everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were treated like royalty, even our beloved dog, Jax. The Lytle Park Hotel and each member of the staff we encountered was professionalism personified. We look forward to going back once Lytle Park is completed.

Had an amazing stay while in town visiting. Hands down the best hotel in the city. The hotel is gorgeous and has a very similar feel to the Ritz Carlton in DC. Everyone working was amazing- Samantha, Bridgette, Andrew, Jason at valet, and the housekeepers, but I did not catch their names. They all went above and beyond. The valet even pulled my car around and under the awning because they thought it was going to rain and I just washed my car without me even asking. I will only be staying at this hotel when in town. Also, definitely worth treating yourself and upgrading to the suite!! It was huge with a soaking tub, nice shower, and had an amazing view. You get a corner unit, too and it was very quiet.

I found this gem of a hotel during the pandemic in June 2020 and have been staying here ever since. There is no turning back. Not a single hotel in Cincinnati can live up to what this hotel has to offer. The staff Maggie, Dee, Jeff, Theresa, Ben, Angela (hostess), have A+ game on their customer service skills. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff are very accommodating when additional items are needed. The front desk and valet staff are all very helpful and nice as well. Great location in a quiet part of downtown as compared to other hotels. I absolutely love this place and look forward to my next stay. Thank you all.

My husband & I got married there 6.25.23. We had booked the Lytle a year and a half prior and our experience was nothing but amazing, attentive, and kind. We primarily worked with Kaitlin & Bailey. They were absolutely amazing and paid attention to every detail. Kaitlin even went the extra mile and stepped our on our wedding day to help. The rooms were so comfortable and stunning. The hotel is immaculate, staff is amazing, location is prime. The Lytle Park Hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

My wife and I just enjoyed our third visit to the super classy Lytle Park Hotel. Wow! The staff is superb especially Andy Becker, the concierge. Andy welcomed us back and made great recommendations for us. We had a beautiful Rainwater Room complete with an elegant bathroom, black out curtains and expresso machine. We enjoyed a cocktail and gourmet pizza at the roof top Vista bar- with great river/city views. They have added a high class Cadillac Escalade limo which made our dinner out even more fun! The following morning we savored a room service breakfast which was exceptional. This is definitely the premier hotel in Cincinnati, nicely hidden at the soon to be redone Lytle Park. Plenty of walkable restaurants, shops and certainly accessible to the waterfront. We look forward to returning soon.Rooms: Classy, modern, uber comfortable beds, turndown service, huge tv, expresso machine, black out curtains, very quiet, huge bathrooms with automatic night lights.Walkability: Extremely walkable. Accessible to Northern Kentucky, the waterfront, shops, restaurants and downtown Cincinnati.Noteworthy details: Historical Hotel and a new walking history tour. Also the Taft Art Museum is directly across the street.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a wedding. Our room was beautiful! Staff was very attentive! The wedding reception was on the roof top. Food and drinks were outstanding! There wasn't much to do within walking distance from the hotel but shuttle service is available. I must say the best of all service provided by the hotel came from our shuttle driver Scott. Scott shuttled us to the casino and was genuinely friendly. Here's the best part.... The day of the wedding other guests had requested shuttle service to the church for the wedding. Not knowing the area they really didn't want to drive. They were originally told by the front desk that the shuttle service didn't cover that area, too far, so no. We never inquired, just figured they wouldn't shuttle that far. We called valet to bring our car so we could drive to the church. Guess what? Scott saw us and said he was shuttling two other guests to the church, we could ride with them! The mother of the groom rode with us too! Scott said he saw no reason why we couldn't be shuttled, it was just good customer service. Gets better! Scott also came back to church to pick us up. Mass ran way over and Scott waited for us! Said he had no other riders and saw no reason not to wait! This is huge and so helpful when you don't know an area. Hopefully Marriott realizes what an asset Scott is! Well done! Scott knows good customer service! Won't hesitate to stay here again!Rooms: Room are very luxurious and cozy.Nearby activities: Very close to the ball park but I wouldn't say walkable.Walkability: We didn't see many things to walk to. There is a fountain and Taft Museum in walking distance but not much else.Food & drinks: Everything was delicious but menu items were limited at breakfast and lunch. We can't speak of dinner as we ate at a wedding. Food we did eat was outstanding.

Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff. Super clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms have small touches that are awesome (lighted magnified mirror in the bathroom for doing makeup is amazing!).

My husband and I got married there May 13, and the event itself was beautiful, the hotel is stunning, and for that we are really glad we chose them. As far as the staff the day of, they ranged from very helpful and incredibly kind to very rude and dismissive. I was very embarrassed to hear what some of my guest had to say about the treatment/comments they received from the wait staff/ bartending during the reception. The sound system had some issues during the reception which caused a bit of a delay, but was ultimately resolved. Their valet seemed to be an issue the day of, which was voiced/ made evident to our guests and vendors who arrived- despite them knowing the number of people arriving and at what times to expect them. During the planning process, we had some communication issues, which I felt could have been handled in a better way in their end, once I brought it to their attention. Timely responses were difficult to come by, as I’m sure they are busy, but was frustrating as the bride planning the event and trying to coordinate with other vendors. I would caution anyone who goes with this venue to have a wedding planner of their own with them from start to finish!! They did not meet the customer service standard I expected at all from an autograph collection Marriott hotel, but it was a beautiful venue in the location we wanted. Overall, the set up the day of was gorgeous, the food and drinks were delicious, some of the staff was very kind and attentive, and we had a fun day.

Wow, where to start. Despite booking two months in advance, I was charged a total of $840 for a "suite." I have paid this price level for suites before (the Ritz in Chicago is a favorite), but fully expect accommodations and service commensurate with the price charged. That was NOT the case here. The so-called "suite" was small, cramped, and not at all what was expected. The "view" from the suite windows was a back alley, a vacant lot and construction fences. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will do so - if not, I will post it on other reviews. The furnishings were cheap and antiquated. One of the two TVs did not operate properly (when you select a TV station, it automatically shuts off the TV). After initially seeing the "suite" I went to the front desk and inquired if they put us in the wrong room - I was repeatedly assured it was the correct room. My response that this was not an $840 a night suite was met with a feeble reply that I should "only" have been charged $595. I was not given any lower price, and either price would still have been considered a rip off. My girl-friend's cold eggs and leathery bacon at breakfast the next morning seemed the most appropriate end to the experience. The parking valet fellas were first rate - the only positive aspect of the experience. Everything else - the food, the front desk service and particularly the accommodations themselves were grossly disappointing and not at all what one would expect from a facility in that price range. Do not book here - you will be disappointed.

While this hotel is a beautiful venue! The staff displays discriminatory behavior towards those who are black & brown.Particularly Andrew Hudson who served as the night manager and Grant who worked guest services. After a long day, I decided to retire at the Lytle & experienced the worst service possible. From check-in (Grant and Andrew ) to leaving out for an evening stroll (Andrew). I am very disappointed with how the Marriott Brand was displayed.Overall the Rain Water Room was exactly what the Doctor ordered. The service received was beyond terrible.
