Fantastic staff (shout out to Danne), wonderful amenities, excellent location in downtown Cincinnati, easy parking access, and a feeling that you're part of the community's fabric. As a former resident, I highly recommend Shillito Place.

I lived here for almost a year and the 1st weekend I moved in I immediately regretted it. The apartment above played loud music until about 3am. In fact, the loud music continued for months. I wrote, called and even stopped down to the rental office. My concerns weren't taken serious. It felt I was being labeled as the problem; but, as a tenant I expected a quiet apartment especially after the 10pm quiet hours. The ‘Courtesy Officer’ on some occasion said he didn't hear anything, some times asked me to go speak to her — the final straw and thankfully my last weekend living in the apartment I had family over for the holiday and were enjoying a dinner and it was interrupted by a full party of about 30 - 40 people in the apartment above. So, at this point I called the cops. This was after the Security Guard came down and said yes they are having a party and she said it will be over at midnight. Lol. Completely disregarding the 10pm quiet hours. My family ended up having to leave and I waited for the police. Thankfully, the police responded and the party ended at midnight. There is no doubt if I hadnt called the cops, they wouldve continued much later. I have never been in this type of scenario and was so glad that that was my final weekend in the apartment. I moved out 3 months early and paid two rent for two apartments because the neighbor above was loud and its clear at this point the rental office isnt going to address it.As a tenant that is quiet, pays on time and clean — I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. The apartments are beautiful, but walls are thin and it will be a NIGHTMARE if you end up with a loud neighbor. On the day of my move out, the rental manager followed the movers and myself as I moved out and watched as we moved boxes from my apartment to the truck. I had to ask him to leave as there was no reason for him to be there. He was making an already stressful day worse. This isnt a normal practice and when I moved in, he nor any of the other leasing people did this. So awkward and weird, maybe he thought I would damage the elevator or steal the hallway decoration. There are so many examples of disperity in treatment among tenants. But a final one ill mention is about a month after moving in I had ONE living room chair being delivered. The movers were stopped and told they had to go to the back. Fine. But, months later a lady moved a an entire bedroom set, mattress and several other items through the front door and she wasnt treated like I was. I stood there and watch not one person in the office stopped her or ask her movers to go to the back.Worse apartment experience ever and so thankful to be away. If you decided to risk it and move here take lots of moving in pics (pay special attention to the carpets they may try to pass that expense to you) and you may need to call the cops on loud neighbors — because the rental office may not address it for certain tenants. All tenants should have a right to a quiet home.

I totally recommend the Lofts and any of the Towne Properties locations (I've also lived at the Gramercy). They're clean, well maintained, and the staff is great. The pool is nice, there are some staple residents that are a joy to be around, the workout room, event rooms, and common areas are great! The MAINTENANCE staff is also OUTSTANDING.

Living at The Lofts at Shillito Place has exceeded all expectations. Fantastic amenities with an even better staff, this complex truly defines luxurious downtown living. Work orders, while rare, have been completed within hours of being submitted. Couldn't be happier!

There isn't really much I can say, but I love where I live. Every person I have come into contact with is nice and very helpful. I think my family and I have found our forever home. The location of this property is just what we were looking for. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

After living at the Lofts at Shillito Place for a year now, we have no regrets. We were welcomed from the very beginning! The management staff is amazing...Chelsea and Arielle are always there with a friendly smile, handling any concerns or questions and just making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The maintenance team is wonderful too...always prompt in responding to any minor issue we’ve had with excellent service. We absolutely adore Ty! From the day we moved in, he has been so kind and helpful! He keeps this place sparkling! The amenities are incredible. We love the pool, rec room and the workout spaces! The walkability is fantastic too! Downtown living is the best!!!

What a GREAT place! Being in real estate for 20+ years, and visiting - I was amazed at how helpful, attentive, kinda and on point Danne Dunworth and team are! Ty keeps the place tip-top. From a professional view the residents are super happy with the remodeling, upkeep, community rooms, gym (was great!) and all the people that work behind the scenes to make the Lofts at Shillito Place so AMAZING! ;)

We have lived here for over ten years and enjoy it more than ever. The staff is professional, friendly and immediately responsive. The location is central to downtown activities and we can walk to any event or location. The common areas, fitness and recreation rooms have been recently updated. We love the open floor plans and the security of this excellent downtown location!

It still always amazes me even after six years of living at The Lofts at Shillito Place just how great the maintenance staff and managers are. I put in a work order at 10am for an lightning issue we were having and arrive home at 2pm and it is fixed. I work at another apartment building and see simple work orders that take days or even weeks to complete that frustrates the residents. Thanks for making living here a joy!

Best place to live in an apartment downtown, hands down. The square footage you get for the price is truly unbeatable. The management and staff are amazing; they know you by name and are very attentive. And everything keeps improving - e.g., a new beautiful welcome lobby with complimentary coffee (and donuts on Fridays!); a new, updated second-floor lobby by the fountain; specialty laundry services; etc. They also host a lot of fun events such as musical artists in their clubroom and resident socials at their pool or local restaurants. My husband and I have lived here for over 6 years, and needless to say, we're basically never leaving.

We've lived at the Shillito lofts for a decade. Best value downtown. Easy walkable access to bars, restaurants, sports, theater and more. Tons of room in our apartment compared to many other complexes in the urban core. Pretty cool amenities like atrium, bball court, pool table, ping pong, excercise room, weight room, and club room. The mgt. even lets us run a monthly music series in the club room. Check it out at DownTowne Listening Room online. All in all, we highly recommend the Shillito bldg apartments. SS
