Just a heads up folks…Advertising it’s a walk-in clinic but you actually need an appointment.

I have a yearly sinus infection I get and the nurse practitioner told me to “wait it out” and is making me wait until Thursday to get my prescription.. I’m sorry no if I’m miserable give me my meds I’ve been sick since last Wednesday and this is ridiculous and I’m miserable when I try to sleep! What a waste

I don’t usually post negative reviews.. but here we are. I had a terrible experience at the little clinic today. I had an appointment scheduled and showed up a few minutes late. No one was working the front desk and I never received a “registration code” to put into the kiosk. (I had already checked in and was “registered” online prior to the appointment). So I figured I was good to go. The nurse practitioner came out of the office 5 minutes later and said that I was over 10 minutes late and she had to cancel my appointment. I told her I had been here for a few minutes and that i had been here but no one came out .. She said her door was cracked open and I should’ve knocked.. which it was not open and the door also had a sign on it saying that she was with a patient. I couldn’t believe she just flat out lied about that.. anyways. I will not never be back to the little clinic and definitely won’t be paying a fee. I would avoid at all cost!

On multiple occasions I’ve had to either wait over an hour to receive my scheduled injection or have gotten all the way to the clinic only to find out that there is no provider scheduled after having an appointment scheduled several days in advance.

Staff was nice but I was misdiagnosed with an irritated throat. I was told to wait it out and take ibuprofen. When symptoms got worse two days later, I went to my doctor's office to find out I had mono.

If I could give a zero I would. Made an appt for today received confirmations, walked in and they are closed. Walked over to the pharmacy and they said the same thing happened yesterday, all day people made appts but it was closed.

I have always sang the praises for the Anderson Kroger Little Clinic until today. I made an appointment for my finger which I had cut on a butcher knife Christmas day for 2:40 pm today. The roads were bad and the parking lot was packed so by the time that I got in line I was 7 minutes late. There were 2 customers ahead of me who were filling out required paperwork. I waited in line between 12 and 15 minutes. When it was my turn I gave her my name and told her that I had an appointment. She said that she had cancelled my appointment because I was late. I told her that part of that time i was in line. She argued with me stating that she new exactly what time I got in line. I told her that I had cut my finger badly and could they please make an exception. First she said no until I told her that I will be making a review online. She said that she would ask "her". The nurse practitioner came over and said that they could not make an exception. I asked her why the receptionist didn't tell me before I stood in line all of that time. She said that she was probably waiting on other customers. I asked why she couldn't have told me when they were busy filling out paperwork. She then told me again that she would not make an exception and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told her not at that location. I told her that I always liked coming there before today. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. They really do not know how to treat valued customers at this Little Clinic. To them you are just a person with a time slot. I ran into 2 people that I know before i left and both of them said the same thing, "They couldn't make an exception with the weather the way that it is"?

I had a biometric screening and flu shot this past weekend here, and I can't say enough good things! This was my first experience with the Little Clinic, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I will be returning when the situation arises! Staff was super nice and efficient, room was clean. No problems to speak of! Just make sure you schedule in advance online!

Great staff! Both of the ladies that helped me today were so kind and addressed all of my concerns. They were patient and did not rush me. The place was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them!

Really poor communication for my son's diagnosis. Left being told all is well, test is negative. Later in the day received a lab report via text stating he had an infection. Called three times the next day to get an explanation with no response. I then went to the clinic where no patients were being seen and two employees socializing. Apparently, my three calls were not important. Next day call from Management told me the report was negative, they only list the diagnosis of the infection so the insurance company will cover the test. That doesn't seem right.

Do. Not. Even. Waste. Your. Time. The people who run the clinic constantly lie they are booked up. However, if you sit there waiting for an opening, no one comes in, and they are just sitting in a room doing nothing. I don't know how this place stays in business. Do better.
