Home Depot works with a company called peerless fence group. An absolute abomination of a company. I was told 6-7 weeks until install and it's going on week 8. They lost my order in "limbo" a glitch they called it, now I can't get anyone to return my phone call. Home Depot works as the middle man and currently has my $7100. Id like it refunded immediately. You'll never get another cent out of me.

I found Cameron when needed two pieces of lumber. He helped me to my car and tried getting 4x 4 in my car. Then back to store so could return . A kind contractor said he would take it home for me and Cameron took it to his van then for me! Well done!

So hard to find help in this location!10am today we walk in for a few items. Grabbed a few sanding blocks and went to the blinds section. On the way we seen 7 employees in the middle isle talking about baseball. Literally 7. But only 6 were talking, the other one was playing on his phone. We asked for help and they said someone would be right over. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to help. We went back to ask them and they all moved to further back into the store. So we went to customer service. They said someone would be there. We waited 10 more minutes and someone started walking towards us. But he just walked right past us. And then when I asked if he could help, he rudely said "this isn't my section". And then told us to go back where all those guys were. I told him we already asked them and he said "well don't interrupt their break". Who takes a break in the middle of the store? So I just laid down the stuff I had and left. The rude comments from the employees at this place are enough to make me not go to Depot any more. I'd rather pay more at the local hardware than to deal with rude people. Wasted a 20 minutes drive and 30 minutes inside. Typical for this location though.Do better HD!

Nice location, well staffed, helpful and pleasant. Was asked at least 3 or 4 times if i needed help finding something. Plenty of checkout isles open, and people working in them. What the hell home depot? This location has it right.

They keep hiring people who have no business dealing with home improvement. The woman at the paint counter was completely ignorant as to how to perform her daily duties. When she was unable to figure out how to tint stain, she suggested I use paint. Laughable.

Had to give myslef a few minutes to calm down before I review how awful the DELIVERY service is. We were suppose to have a refrigerator delivered last weekend, got reacheduled for the next week. Now fast forwarding to day, I took an entire day off of work be ready for delivery between 3-7. My husband gets a text stating our delivery is 2 stops away, then 10 minutes later, he got another text stating it was reacheduled (again!) For the following monday for absolutely no reason. I call and spoke to Supervisor, M.J.(This is the only reason why I gave 1 star)she was helpful enough to call the delivery service to see why because she didnt see any notes. She was very understanding and immediately offered us a discount for when/if we make a next purchase. Unfortunately, we asked our money back. We are very disappointed.This happen when we got our washer and dryer delivered last month. It was post poned for another day because of truck issues. Sounds like all of your trucks need maintenance and serviced.

Once we found the item we were looking for, the attendant was able to explain what we needed to do and even provided tips on the best way for the installation to be handled.

Very impressed with the new hires and knowledgeable help in electric. That is what a hardware and appliance store needs to offer its loyal customers. Keep it up and you will always have me as a customer. The store is clean and well stocked. I almost want to get a part time job there. All smiles on the ladies up front!

The employees were friendly enough, but did not want to help us. We were there to buy wood home depot sells wood. We were willing to wait for the few days extra if they would order for us, there was just no work really happened. They sent us to another home depot. I assumed that meant they had called ahead and the other one had the lumber but they did not either.

Employee at front counter was annoyed at being asked for assistance in the lumber aisle. An announcement, another employee request and 20 minutes later, still no assistance. Customer service subpar at best.

My faucet was leaking and asked someone who works there "where is the faucet repair section"? He said that they don't have a section ??♀️. Now they just hire anything walking on 2 legs. Thanks Goofy, I found what I was lookin for.

The store looked clean and was well-lit. The associate at self- checkout was helpful towards me and other patrons. Came to buy cardboard boxes and they were ready to find using the signs.
