Home Depot is okay show is Lowe's what they sell the total opposite things on purpose just to make you shop more and do more traveling it's okay but when but when you ain't got that much time in a day sometimes it's better to go to Mom and Pop stores my angles are the old school hardware places actually genuinely care

Salesmen in flooring department lie to you ,and then refuse to return product ..The manager admitted they lied and still wouldn't return the product .

They had what I needed. Which this time was a cardboard box with odd dimensions so that was nice but they've always had what I need at this location. Plus I didn't have any employees walking up to me every 5 minutes asking if I needed any help finding something. Seriously guys first of all I'm a man of course I don't need help. Second I don't mind if I can't find something because it allows me to wander around and find 85 other things I need so please take it easy.. If I need your help rest assured I will find you and ask you. Anyway that's about it. Great job guys.

Not happy with the home delivery process. I went into the store to look at work benches, found one I liked, and ended up placing an order at the store. The guy who helped me was great, no complaints there. When it arrived at my house it was clearly a used floor model that had dents and scratches, dirt and dust buildup, and the key even broke off in the lock. I called the corporate line and the lady was very sweet but told me because I placed it in the store I had to call them, which is a terrible system. So I called the store and the guy I talked to was also pleasant, but my only option was to have the bench picked up, receive a refund, and then attempt to order it again. It would have been better for me and the company both to bring a replacement when they come to pick up the return, but instead I'll have to place another order, though I might try elsewhere since Home Depot charges full price for floor models. Fantastic customer service but terriblly inefficient systems.
