There is no planned activities for seniors here.
There has been a lack of elevator access in the last few months.
There is no security patrol.
The rear entry door is difficult to access entry with wheel chairs and grocery carts.
There is only one elevator and it's broke and inoperable most of the time.
Imoble residence are not placed on 1st and second floor to assure access to and from the building.
Right now those residents are falsely imprisoned due to the broken elevator.

For a senior citizens building, I was quoted a very "pricey" $855/month for a vacant 2 bedroom. ? WHAT? WHY?!? Plus took them way too long in returning my phone calls after I left multiple messages (at least 4) to answer a simple question. But they did finally call back.* Have you noticed the skyrocketing prices going on with rental property across this country versus the return???

Love the building itself, also management and staff great. Nice rec and community room, neighbors are friendly.
