Immediately upon checking in I was overcharged by $300 for my already booked stay. Staff tried to explain the days rates and said I was being only charged for $75 cleaning fee, but swiping my debit card I wasn't given an option to type in my pin and was immediately charged $851.
The staff were very combative with myself and another guest who was checking out and they were also overcharged for their stay. They explained they had a system error and thats why we were overcharged.
I was already upset because I was to be in town for a full week and this overcharged stay took most of the money I was going to use for that.
I checked in and went to my room. The room was dirty with smudges and dirty fingerprints on the windows, tv, and bathroom light switch was caked in dirt.
The bathroom shower had mold in the tile and the baseboards has hair and dirt build up from obviously not cleaning.
The duvet had multiple areas of dried blood and hair on the mattress.
For a Delta Marriott I expected way higher standards and was not given that with my stay.
After discovering the blood I decided to check out the same day, staff couldn'tv give me a receipt and told me they would call me first thing the next morning to confirm I would be getting my full refund but could not tell me when I would get my overcharged stay back.
They never called and when I called them the staff were extremely rude and told me in they already explained the day prior I would get my money back and I would just have to wait.
I ended up having to contact my bank and report this for fraud considering it had been multiple days of the charge pending on my account with the money gone.
I would highly recommend anyone avoid this hotel, lest you want to get scammed and harassed by staff.

We loved all 3 of our stays at this Delta Hotel! The price point has been very good and the location is great! Parking is ample and the area looks safe. The staff are all very professional, approachable, and helpful! Ernie is a great front desk manager and does a great job of making guests feel welcome, and appreciated! She represents the Delta Hotel brand especially well and her warm/authentic demeanor/great smile is amazing! We also received great front desk service at checkin from Izzat, Abdel, and Bindu! Izzat went out of his way to upgrade us into a lovely and spacious suite on 14, which was greatly appreciated, as Platinum members. Bindu was very personable, helpful...and I enjoyed talking with her and Ernie! Ernie obviously does an amazing job of leading her team!
I love the diverse representation that I notice working at this hotel. Great job goes out to the owners and mgmt!
The rooms were very clean, and decorated nicely. I did however notice that the window ledge... and corners in the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. There was no mildew in the shower at all, water pressure was great, and shower head was great! The bed was a little hard, but, that a personal preference. The hotel feels very safe, and is a great place to stay! The fitness center, pool area, public areas, and patio seating area are all nice and the equipment in the gym is very good. The hydration stations on each floor are clean and modern (could use some cups though); the hallways are clean, well lit and nice; housekeeping is very helpful and very responsive to our daily needs. The towels and bathroom linens are newer, and fresh looking. Bathroom is nice. The bed lines are not as crisp as I like, and could be higher quality but overall was just fine. The duvet was newer and bright white.
The lobby and public spaces are lovely and well accommodating of large crowds. We also attended a wedding here on our first visit, and were quite impressed!
Also, we received great service from Indu who works in the restaurant! It's nice to have the on-site restaurant and Starbucks available in the lobby.
We definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we are in town.

Worst rooms and service.

Hallways smell like sweat. Not allowed to eat outside food in the lobby or anywhere but your own room. We had our infant with us and just got a sandwich and they moved us multiple times.
Pathetic hotel, also look at this water cup we were given at the bar.
Also, the phone doesn’t work and don’t look into the housekeeping doors when they’re open it’s like a dungeon in there.
Would never stay here by choice.

The gal at the front desk my first night there was cranky and snippy. But the rest of the staff during my stay was awesome. Restaurant was great. Food amazing. Servers incredible.

This is TOP NOTCH right here, beautiful People (Concierge) group was on point, Ms. Bindy Kattu. Hope I didn't kill her name.
Rooms: Very very nice
Nearby activities: Close to hangouts and food, convenient store.
Safety: Security in force, inside rooms
Walkability: Walkable toe food and hangout, good area to get you cario on, in and out,
Food & drinks: Inside restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Happy Hour also.

Put it simply, Marriott needs to take their name off of this one!! Walked into get a room, and the lobby smells. It appears the entire family works here and using the lobby and restaurant for playground for the kids. Turned around and walked out.

Everything was very nice and clean. The only challenge was that the staffing was pretty light especially at checkout time on a Sunday.
Nearby activities: Near enough to my activity, but I didn't see a lot of other things to do nearby.
Safety: I felt very safe there.
