Needed a decently priced hotel to stay at before an on-site work meeting, and chose this hotel due to price & location to work.Pros: Rooms are fairly nice for what looks to be an older hotel, esp. given the area and other hotel options. It was pretty quiet and comfortable in the room, and it had plenty of plugs for tech gear to charge. This is the first mid-tier hotel I've seen have posted quiet hours (signage) on the property...don't know if that's standard for this hotel brand, or if this hotel in particular has had problems with noise in the past.Cons: Service is poor. At an evening check-in, only 1 person was working. While he was on a call, the hotel phone was ringing off the hook, and 2+ people were waiting to get checked in. Did the bare minimum to get me checked in due to being overworked. (I do want to point out that it's not his fault he's the only person on duty.)If you need a receipt for any reason, good luck getting one via email, unless you ask for a printout when you're leaving. They're happen to charge your credit card though, so don't worry about that. Not really a good Marriott experience.Room could've been cleaner (weird hairs/old or broken items in the closet), and had some obvious damage/weird stains in the bathroom area. Shower has NO place to put gear for shaving, etc. so have fun trying to do that. Some of the amenities in the room just weren't there, even though there were signs advertising them.Food & drinks: No options at hotel after 9pm, and nothing really nearby in this area.

When we first checked in we had a five hour drive so we were tired. I went to lay down and there was a hair on the bed. I thought maybe it was my husband’s at first so I pulled the covers to check the rest of the bed and there was a long strand of black hair. Upon further review the pillow had crusty spit up or something on it. I asked to have our sheets changed.Returning to the room after being out to dinner I laid down. I felt like something was on my forehead when I brushed it off thinking it was my hair. It was a spider.I went to get a towel for my hair in the morning after showering and upon inspection the towel was covered in dirt.A room near us had a dog that barked as well every time it heard something.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We have two more days left here due to a soccer tournament and I think I would rather sleep in my car.

1st and last time at a delta hotel. Here for Easter weekend and our car (about 7 others) got broken into, windows smashed and property thrown about in the rain ON EASTER! No- oh no I’m sorry this happened, here’s some Marriott or Delta points, we will cover a one nights stay, meal tickets. Nothing but here’s some trash bags and a vacuum, we will forget to mention this to next shift and they won’t even give trash bags. No customers were told this has been happening to multiple hotels up 75, no precautions, no warning, nothing. Cameras in every elevator but magically none in certain areas in the parking lot that cars got hit. Inside job?? Not to mention the rooms are set up so weird. HORRIBLE 0/10.Rooms: The bedrooms have a door that lead out to the hallway. You can see the bright lights and hear everything.Safety: Parking lot NOT SAFE. You can walk in any doors without using a room key.

First time stay for an event at the convention center over the weekend. Hotel staff was courteous, hotel was clean and room was quiet even at full capacity. Rooms do feel a little cramped, and had some minor issues (shampoo dispenser was broken, toilet seat was loose, room keycard was "touchy") but overall a nice stay. Location is excellent, literally two turns off the interstate with plenty of food options and the convention center nearby. Parking is ample, even when fully booked. Will stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for several days last November and loved my stay. On the morning of my checkout I paid my balance for snacks at the snack bar and meals at the attached restaurant. That charge showed up on my credit card statement, normal. Suddenly a new charge to my credit card appears in late January. I called twice over a month span to resolve and the manager claims there is NOTHING they can do? CC FRAUD. Watch out your info isn't safe here. First review I've ever bothered to write about a business, I feel so strongly about this and deeply hurt. $450 dollar charge.

Came to ask for banquet room for our engagement party for over 100 guests. The front desk manager African American lady said that we need to call the banquet manager to set up an scheduled, I said sure we will Call but I'm gonna walk through the hallway to see if this place is nice enough for us or not and then she started yell at me and my family that you not allow to walk on the hotel hallway ? the worse part was she was so rude and disrespectful to me in front of my future family that they just came from overseas. It was ready bad experience to had to be treated like this when we are ready to spend thousands of dollars in one night. I'm glad I see the true customer service in advance.

We loved our stay here! I was so skeptical based on some reviews, but, I was so very pleasantly surprised! We checked in around 9:00 p.m. and was greatly very kindly, professionally by Izzat, who represented the hotel very well. We are Platinum and was treated very well, indeed! Thanks so, so much for the amazing room upgrade! Wow! So clean, so modern, so spacious, and no carpet...yay! The water pressure was great, and we appreciated the comp bottled waters provided in the room. The view at night (lighrs) was nice from our corner suite. The linens were good and I noticed that the washcloths were actually new! The towels were large and absorbent. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and kind although we chose not to get our room serviced except to replace towels. I met the manager, who I believe her name is Ernestine and she was very approachable, professional and helpful. I can see why the entire team is great! The lobby area is nice and the overall hotel is very appealing. I attended a wedding here this summer and everything was great from the amenity spaces to the food to the staff... I was impressed! I'd say this is a hidden gem of a hotel and event space! The negative reviews do not reflect my experience at all! Not sure if some people may have gotten rooms that are not renovated but i have yet to find anything to complain about! Everything in the reviews that is good absolutely reflects my experience as well! Parking is plenty and feels safe. The elevators and hallways are clean, appealing and feels safe, as well. It was nice to see police officers walk through at night. We highly recommend here and it is our go to hotel when in Cincinnati!

Ernestine, is the rudest manager I’ve ever spoken with. This call definitely should be pulled by corporate. I called to cancel my room due to poor weather conditions. I attempted to make my reservation, however the roads were dangerous. The first person that answered was rude stating I would still be charged for the night. I informed her that I attempted to cancel earlier in the day, but no one answered and I continued to get routed to Marriott customer service. I asked to speak with manager and manager Ernestine continued to talk over me stating call should have been answered because they have been at desk all day and I would still be charged. I asked for corporate # and she stated I can call Marriott customer service. She said I came off rude. I apologized to her if I came off rude because it wasn’t my intentions. Her response was “ I don’t want your apology”. I need a call back from corporate ASAP….. I will be contacting my lawyer Monday morning. I would never book at this hotel ever again.

The front desk clerk ran my card 3 times for payment authorization. I should have known better than to let him continue to run my card, but he said if I didn't allow him, then I could not check into my room. Four days later, all 3 charges are still pending and holding $760 of MY money. When I stated that was a problem, I was given two solutions by their front desk staff. First, I was told 2 different times a manager would contact me, which never happened. And the second solution, I was offered a free cup of coffee. Lol! Wow, gee thanks! The rooms were average, but housekeeping needs a basic tutorial on general cleaning. I slid the night stand over to check for bed bugs and there was a disgusting gooey, red substance all over the floor behind the bed and both night stands. Disgusting! This hotel is old. You can hear the elevators going up and down all night long. They do not enforce quiet time after 10pm. A large group of college students were in the lobby until almost 1am. They were so loud, I could hear them when I got on the elevator at floor 9! And the air/heat in our room smelled like sweaty feet.Go elsewhere! The prices this hotel charges are a joke for what they offer.
