He was professional, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about making things right, which the customer found to be a rare and positive experience. Another customer, Mr. Wesley Pasour, always receives excellent customer service and is greeted with a smile. He is extremely professional and can answer all of the customer's questions, and the customer believes he should be one of the head managers. Customers have also been impressed with the quality and flavor of the store's products, particularly the prime filet mignon and the fresh produce selection. However, one customer was disappointed with the quality of some baked goods, including the pizza crust, chickens, éclairs, and fruit tarts, and felt that the quality had declined since a recent buyout in 2022. This customer believes that Trader Joe's and Costco are better options for quality food.
