The hotel itself was okay but the parking situation was a nightmare. When booking it says there’s parking on site, but that’s a bit of an exaggeration. They have a side lot that’s mostly for employees, and then the main option is a paid parking garage behind the hotel that’s not easy to get to from the hotel lobby and is NOT cheap. Paid almost $100 just to park over 3 nights. The front desk staff was chill, but maybe too chill because they didn’t always seem to understand my questions. The room was fine, the shower had 2 heads though which was bizarre and confusing. The location was nice in downtown Nati, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Rooms: The room wasn’t the best, shower had 2 heads and was very confusing to operate.
Nearby activities: Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium, O’Malley’s in the Alley, Red Leprechaun, riverfront
Walkability: Very easily accessible to GABP, the riverfront, and many bars and restaurants.
Food & drinks: The bar at the hotel was nice.
Noteworthy details: No parking on site, only parking option is a super expensive garage.

Early game day, the room wasn’t available when we arrived, but one of the most professional agent went out of his way to go check a room of it is ready and was a matter of minutes we had a room. Great service.

My expectation was that this would be a great hotel since it was downtown. NO, it was not. First appearances are everything. The front doors were filthy. The front desk staff lack professionalism. The stair case is beautiful but needs work. The carpet is old and looked worn. The gym looked like the equipment had not been clean. There were some wipes to clean the equipment, but you could tell they had been there forever because they were dried out. The bathroom inside the room has a tub shower. That is definitely a trip hazard for those of us who are short.
The office area tables hadn't been clean and the chairs to sit in to use the computers were raggedy. We will not be visiting this hotel again.
Walkability: Able to walk downtown.

We were very disappointed by this hotel.
It is rundown, and way overpriced.
We shortened our stay after 1 night.

Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable and the corner room was cool. Very dirty. Room was not what was pictured on booking. Room was very run down and not keep us. Way over priced for what it is. Would not recommend for the money. Way better places for less. This will be the last time we stay here.
Rooms: See pictures very dirty for almost 400 on a Thursday.
Nearby activities: Alot of bars and food with in walking distance. Parking right down the street for have the price of there valet parking.
Walkability: Everything 8s with in walking distance
Food & drinks: Anything you can think of is near by
Noteworthy details: For a higher end place is lacking in alot of areas

Room could use a refresh ... pocket door in bathroom was broken, torn wallpaper and window shade not functioning. There was no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers, which was an issue as I purposely did not pack any thinking there would be some. I was able to get them refilled the next day ... too late for the first night though. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The location is good ... easy walk to Fountain Square, Washington Park, the river and sports arenas/parks. Close to a City Connect stop as well. We try to stay at Hilton's when we can but I may give this one a pass next time.

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary. We selected this hotel because of the pictures on the app showing a nice 2 person shower. We get to the hotel and the corner room we wanted didn’t have working AC, so we are put in a room facing another direction. That room had no shower. So we come back downstairs and finally get into a room that had a 2 person shower, but on a low floor and facing a brick wall out the windows. And the shower was small, not like the pictures. The whirlpool tub didn’t work so we called for help and a worker came and told us the tub whirlpool controls didn’t have any power to it?? Like are you serious? We chose to stay in that room cause it was late and didn’t want to switch.
We ordered room service, a kids meal for a snack and a desert. $34 for those two things. Kids meal was $24 on its own. Food was delivered to us in plastic to go boxes and a plastic bag. The toilet ran all night and the ceiling fan couldn’t turn on because it made so much noise.
Don’t go here, it’s overpriced and on the decline. Staff wasn’t that nice either. We tried hard not to have our anniversary night ruined by this.

We had such a great stay here! Our only regret was that it wasn’t longer. We came in from out of town for a long day of apartment hunting, and stayed here for one night. The staff kindly upgraded us to a suite free of charge. It was spacious and beautiful. The hotel itself is very interesting architecturally. Staff were helpful, valet was great (if a little pricey), and the walkable area of downtown Cinci is so accessible! We would stay here again any time.

Overall pretty uncomfortable experience. The room did not get below 75 degrees the entire time we were there. Why have a thermostat in the room if it doesn’t make any environment change? The check in staff were kind and friendly. This stay did not feel like it was worth what we paid for it.

Had to change rooms around 11:30 pm as air was not working. Also several light bulbs were blown out and window shades were not working. When went down to exchange keys, desk person was impolite and stated that she checked, and room was at 65 degrees. Might have been set at 65, but was reading hotter and blower was not coming on. Not sure why she questioned anyway? Shouldn’t we be able to set the temp in the room cooler, if we want? Second room was same. Spent an uncomfortable night. Bathroom was nice, but did not make up for other issues, considering expectations and price of hotel. Morning front desk person did offer free breakfast, but as we were in hurry to leave did take free coffee. As people who like to come down to Cinci from Columbus for shows and exhibits was very disappointed.
Rooms: Did not meet expectations for this level of hotel
Nearby activities: Great location for downtown events. Parking is expensive and a bit of a hassle
