Had my aunt's ring resized for myself that was a set of 3 and The Castle made it look more beautiful than I could imagine!! They reset the rings and cleaned it to look like 1 brand new ring, size and soldering was perfect! 10x prettier than before! Price was ridiculously low, as are their beautiful pieces for sale we've purchased in the past. I will recommend to all my friends! Thank you so much! I will wear it forever!-Cassandra & Joe Moore

Zero stars if I could. Visited the Sharonville location July 2023 for the first time in my life. I no sooner made it over the threshold and the lady behind the counter asked me to come back the next day because they were closing in 20 minutes. No friendly greeting...just "You will need to come back tomorrow." I told her that I was just going to look at their collection, and that I wasn't going to buy anything. She again told me to leave and come back another day, because there were only two people running the store and they were closing in 20 minutes. Needless to say, I will never again visit any of their stores.

They have great people working at the Castle. I brought in something I bought years ago, and they made it look like new. And their prices on all of their jewelry are so low.

Do not sell items here. Will rip you off! Salesman was obviously new. Nervous and unsure acting. Sold a .48 carat solitaire engagement ring with a small matching band in 10k white gold along with a white gold rope chain. Literally gave me 250 for all of it. Talked about how he had to go by the weight of the gold but what about the diamond? Was it not worth anything? Wasn't looking to get rich but lord. Had some nice stuff but would never buy from them as they ripped me off. Building kinda trashy and jewelry cases scratched up and gross.

I just recently went to the store they have beautiful jewelry. The help is very helpful and very nice and caring. I'm thinking about in the future putting a ring in layaway. It's an awesome store to visit. I didn't know they had another store in Beechmont but yes, I went to the one on Kemper Road and would highly recommend them. 10 stars.

Aaron and the folks at castle diamond will make your firearm buying experience quick and done with a smile. Their selection is trumped by none and their knowledge of all the brands was really refreshing. I’ll be stopping in on Black Friday for sure to pick something else up 100%

Christina was extremely helpful!!!!! She went above and beyond. I live in Kentucky, and it is hard for me to make the drive to their location. She not only sent pictures but videos of the jewelry with pricing to my cellphone. I wish I could give more stars!!! Definitely have a lifetime customer. Thank you so much for making my girlfriend birthday special!!!

I purchased a ring and had it resized - It was done poorly. They stretched the shank out so much it was razor thin.When I called about it, I was told that I'd have to talk to the manager and explain why I didn't notice when I picked it up 2 days prior.... It's none of your business... I can't see the bottom if it's in a box for 2 days can I?In either case, the ring was real and the Ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful. True to other reviews, the men are unpleasant to be around and talk to. The condescending attitude is what steered me towards another jewler to fix this atrocity for a premium.... which I would have gladly paid to not waste 4 weeks of my time.
