My vehicle was hit in July. I am still trying to get it repaired properly. I have had it back to them more than once, as the craftsmanship was definitely not up to par. Each time I have been back- it gets worse. I will never get back the depreciation from being hit by an uninsured motorist... I just want it to look as it did before the accident the best it can. I escalated to management and corporate over 3 weeks ago- still nothing. I did not choose them on my own- thank you Kings Toyota for the recommendation.... you need to find better.

Made an appointment three weeks in advance for estimate for repairs on my car and made them aware of the insurance that I carry. Drove 35 minutes to the body shop. Staff were incredibly rude to each other, were loudly complaining about other customers, and yelled at the lady working the front desk. Waited 15 minutes to be seen only for them to refuse to look at my car due to the insurance that I carry. After this I went out to my car to send them some information that they requested and to call my insurance company. While sitting in my car, a worker from the shop came out and accused me of running my car into their trailer and said I had "fresh damage" to my car. Will not be dealing with them after this.

Whoever is at the front desk is literally the worst. Can’t get anything done or answer any questions. She will have you going in circles then tell you she’ll call back and never will. Go somewhere else if you want actually help.

This body shop does excellent work, has great customer service and most of all they are trustworthy. I paid my bill an an hour later they called to let me know there was an $800+ error on the bill and immediately credited my card. I would have never known!! I was so impressed they are now working on my other car.

This place is trash, I highly recommend going anywhere else other than this place. They had our car for over two months, kept ordering wrong parts. And then with held our vehicle until final insurance payment was made which was only$125 dollars. Also trash customer service.Service: Body & Trim

First, it's unlikely you'll get to speak to someone without being put on hold (and forgotten about) or sent to voicemail. Called for help completing a body work job that an out-of-state body shop could not complete due to a part being on backorder. The part in question is $40 and takes less than an hour to install They recommended I contact my local body shop (I bought the vehicle at Kings CDJR, btw) and they would be able to help. I couldn't even get out what I was asking for before I was dismissed. If you need work on your vehicle, go anywhere but here.

DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE! I came to get an estimate from these ppl on 5/6/22. I had damage to my rear spoiler and I was looking to get it replaced. I met with Mike I believe (and I really didn't like his vibe at all). My estimate came out to be about $1000 because they claimed they would need to paint the part to match my car's color. Something didn't seem right about this so I ended up going somewhere else for an estimate the same day. When I went to this new place, come to find out there are still spoilers in stock in my car's color! So I will be paying less than $650 to repair it!Moral of the story is that this place obviously uses used parts to repair your car and just paints over it or they simply just rip you off. Mike gave me no explanation as to why they would need to paint the part or even tell me whether the part was out of stock in my car's color or not. The amount for the part that was in my estimate (from Mike) was the same amount as if they would have ordered a NEW part. So they either were trying to add paint to the price to rip me off or they were just going to use a used part and paint over it. They are obviously crooked and I am glad that I sensed something was wrong and got a second opinion. Don't even waste your time with this place at all. There's so many other body shops that aren't as crooked as this place!

Our Toyota has a manufacturer defective primer & white paint job. Paint started to come off in sheets on certain parts of the car. The body shop only would repair certain parts of the car even though the whole paint job is defective. They had the car for 3 weeks. They said if other parts of the car start peeling or sheeting than we would cross that bridge when we come to it. We are once again at that bridge. Our paint is sheeting on other parts of the car. So Kings is preventing us from crossing the bridge. They refuse to fix our new paint debacle. Warranty or recall work is back burner work. If it's under recall or warranty and to be fixed for free than it's not for thee.

I had a piece of wood take out my front grill. Got an estimate and they ordered the part. They called me a month later to tell me the part was in but the price will be about 30% higher. I think they are taking advantage of the inflation and ripping people off.Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer going through Cincinnati, and this was the certified shop for my vehicle. From the get go I had to be the point of contact, I never once got a proactive response from the company on the progress of my vehicle. I was originally told a few weeks, maybe a little more. It went past that with no calls, so I was forced to call and got the response of another month. This continued for 6 months, due to poor planning and bad parts. If they found something wrong, and the time frame Increased they did not notify, and you guessed it...I had to call even when they had my vehicle completed.Once I picked it up, it was parked outside fully covered in snow and ice( them knowing when I was arriving) so I couldn't fully inspect the work they had done. I live more than 3 hours away. When I arrived home I had time to clean and fully inspect their work, and I found an outward dent, that could likely lead to a crack in the bumper. They should have noticed the dent, not to mention the van was sitting waiting for other parts for at least 3 months after the bumper install. Assuming they did the work according to what I was told on the phone. So the issue was either a minor oversight or bad QA on their part. All and all, if there is a choice, I'd say run to the next nearest body shop or certified shop. They will give you the run around for months, because they have " more than 50 cars in the shop". Which is not an excuse for poor craftsmanship and a complete lack of customer service.Services: Body & Trim
