ALL commercial fleets stay away from this business which rips-off customers for no reason. In our case we towed a van with front damage, they stated it will be taken for repairs. When we asked for timing after having the van for 23 day they stated it will be at least one more month. After finding another shop who can do the fixing in 7 days we tried to get this van out from The Body Shop. We were forced to pay $50.00 per day that the van has been parked there. In addition they stated that they are doing a favor for charging us $50.00, since they normally charge $65.00 per day. They have never told us that there is storage charge when the van got to there lot and they fill like it's not there duty to notify the customer about any and all potential charges. We would not recommend using the services this business provides. We end up paying $1067 just for storage. When we spoke with the manager of the shop he felt that he does not have to inform the customers about any potential charges that the customer may face.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED !!!

I had them do some work on my car last yr and my trunk was not balanced so I paid them $2300 again and I still have the same issue. The trunk is not balanced and I have noticed that the color they put on there is not the same.

Eugene was the main employee heading up my vehicle's repair. I was able to get my vehicle in for a major repair within 2 days of my accident and it was fixed within three weeks after dropping it off. He was consistently in contact with me throughout the repair--gave me timely and specific updates--as well as working as a liaison between the shop and my insurance. He also went above and beyond after initial repairs were completed to re-connect with my insurance company when there was a small area that needed to be repaired that they initially didn't cover for repair. My car looks brand new after the repairs. I interacted with several other employees that were kind and helpful throughout the process too. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone requiring body work.

Scammers! Do not use these guys! I wish I would have read the reviews. That do shoddy work at premium prices and don’t stand behind their work. I wish I Could give them a zero.

Do not use this shop! They promised to repair my car but sent me out with a faulty headlight. They are very rude when a problem arises, and offered no resolve. They will never get my business again. Beware!

I had to take my car back 3 times before it was fixed right the 1st time the hood was crooked my coolant tank was almost empty, my wind shield wiper fluid wouldn't work, the rim was scratched and dented still and the car had a bad vibration when you drove it. The second time I went to pick it up the only thing they fixed was the rim that didn't fix the vibration or any of the other issues. I got it back now and it still isn't in the shape it was before I got hit but I'm done trying to get it fixed at this body shop. I will never go back and would recommend you take your car elsewhere.

Today I picked up my vehicle after The Body Shop at Kings Automall repaired my rear passenger side door after a collision that was not my fault so was being covered by the other party’s insurance. First and foremost, the job that was done to repair the damage was mediocre at best and they gave my car back dusty and dirty inside and out.The paint job was still scuffed and they had to take it back to “buff out” the whatever scratches they had still after stating the car was finished. Even after this, you can still blatantly see where the work was done and this was very poor quality of work overall. To make matters even worse, upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a massive crack in my windshield which was obviously not there when I dropped my vehicle off. The shop has proof of this(they took pictures of my car the day I dropped it off),There were no chips or anything wrong with the windshield. BEWARE they will make you sign a no-fault waiver which makes them not liable for any damages that were blatantly caused by the repair shop. This is bad enough that I am now going to be over $700 out of pocket for the new windshield, but after speaking to the General Manager at the shop, who was EXTREMELY dismissive and rude and unapologetic that this happened. I will absolutely never use this body shop again and will be telling everyone I know about it the awful customer service I received and the unacceptably rude manager I spoke to. STAY AWAY from this body shop!!!

I did all the process correctly. I made an appointment for the car to be fixed 2 month in advance. They told me that was a week, now my car have been 3 weeks and the small dent that have haven’t been fixed yet.

We sent my fiance's car in after a fender bender. Almost 2 months later, they FINALLY got it finished. We were given several different stories until I got tired of the excuses and I called myself. I had to threaten to involve my dad(who was a shop foreman for vw for years) to finally get a straight answer on the status(they were waiting to hear back from our insurance because they kept wanting more and more money, and couldn't even bother to tell us so we could call them and get it mediated on a 3 way call)
We kept hearing "we have like 100 cars on the lot we're doing it as fast as we can" with a sarcastic tone and it definitely gave the impression that they couldn't care less about us or the situation their carelessness has put us in.
We've been down to 1 car for MONTHS at this point, I've missed so much work and getting my daughter to school with no car for months has been exhausting and depleting.
I'd literally go to any other body shop but this one. They are also rude on the phone as if they can't believe you had the audacity to call them. They were more rude to me than my fiance also, which leads me to believe the service manager has something against women or he thinks we don't know anything.
