This KinderCare has been amazing. The staff, management, and building are all very professional. I’m very encouraged by how the staff treats me and my family. I feel like the staff has my kids best interests at heart and they truly care about my family.

I have two children that have attended Symmes Twp. KinderCare since three mo. old. They provide exceptional care to my boys and I couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else. Symmes fosters an environment that makes learning imaginative and fun. I highly recommend them.

As a mom of a child attending and employee, I am beyond happy with the environment KinderCare provides us. It’s warm, friendly, and personal. I trust that my child is learning, safe, and healthy and it’s exactly the kind of environment I was looking for to work in. I feel like Missy and Karen truly know every kid in the center and great relationship with the families and it’s no different than how they treat their employees and their families too.

I am absolutely amazed on how great this daycare is. My daughter has an trache and when I say my baby is in the best care they watch her very close and their personality is great ! My daughter loves to come here and every since she started going to this daycare my daughter has advanced so much ! i highly recommend this daycare !

We have been so pleased with our son's experience here. All of the infant teachers are amazing, and the director and assistant director do an awesome job of communicating with parents and keeping things running smoothly. Everyone there shows so much care toward all of the kids. We're thankful that we found a safe, caring place for our son!

I chose this location because I had the most professional interactions with the staff. They respond quickly through email and always answered the phone warmly. have had nothing but good experiences at this location for my son. He absolutely loves his teacher (as do i- she is doing a wonderful job and deserves a raise ?) but has also bonded with the director and assistant director. The app provides updates about their food, activities, diaper changes, and naps. I feel so good knowing I can check in on him while I work.

I haven't even fully finished enrolling my kids and I'm super excited for them to be there! I was actually putting them in a different daycare but when I called they said that they had no record of my kids being enrolled there and put me on hold for 5 mins and came back and said they found the paperwork but from that point forward I had a bad feeling. Why would I leave my kids with someone that can't even find their papers? So I found this kindercare, and I'm honestly soooo happy things worked out the way they did, they classrooms are spacious, they offer more activities and things to do, and their playground looks super fun, my kids have never been in daycare and I was nervous but they settled all that and now I'm super confident and excited for my kids to be going here! I'll have a infant and toddler there. Very organized and clean and spacious.

We have been thrilled with our experience with the Symmes Township KinderCare so far! Kassie and Kara were so great when we were stressed out about starting full-time care for our 9-month-old. They've been so patient and caring with our baby, and it's really put our minds at ease. Our son has apparently really bonded with Mr. Michael in the infant room, but all of the teachers there are wonderful and kind! We love the app where we can get daily updates on his food/naps/diapers changes, and they upload pictures, too! We are beyond grateful for the entire staff there.

My family has been at this KinderCare for almost two years now and I wouldn’t take my kids any other place. The teachers love my kids and my kids love them back. From infant to school agers we love KinderCare and what they have to offer.
