I had been trying unsuccessfully for WEEKS to find a replacement bulb for our hallway light. I honestly didn't think it would be such a challenge, but after several failed attempts (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.), I decided to try Switch bc I had heard incredible things about it.
WELL. First thing is that their space downtown is *stunning*. Second? ONE OF THE OWNERS, Bertie Ray, helped me. On a SATURDAY.
I feel like this cannot be overstated, bc it's not like I was in the market for a lighting bid for a commercial space. I needed- and got!- one simple lightbulb. But I was made to feel important, and I will definitely be going back.

Stopped into the new 6th Street location this week. It’s very nice and centrally located in downtown. The service provided was outstanding. It will continue to be my first stop … and hopefully my last for lighting needs.

I enjoyed my visit and the store Switch the variety of modern lighting that was on the show room floor was well displayed the owner of the store was polite and of good company I would love to come by again and make a purchase ?

Ordered a fixture from here in September -- due to backlog four months later still waiting -- truthfully with shipping and supply issues I am actually quite understanding of this and getting it really wasnt urgent. HOWEVER - called multiple times during this period of time and always got a very friendly "I will call the supplier and see what the status is and call you back" - and usually get some updated shipping date that was always changing (again - not their fault). But I am still waiting on my first "callback" -- never called me once -- not even after I called and they told me they would -- which is frankly poor customer service

My wife an I needed to find just the right ceiling mounted light fixture for the master bath in our condo that we were remodeling. The task was made difficult (nearly impossible) by our desire to buy a fixture that was not made in China. Turns out that probably about 90% of light fixtures are made there. Someone suggested we try Switch in downtown Cincinnati. After only a brief phone conversation with Bertie, one of the owners, he emailed us with four or five options. We found a couple we liked and visited the showroom to see samples. Bertie and his partner, Drew, were extremely knowledgable and most helpful in helping us decide on our final selection. They placed the order for us and it was delivered as promised to our contractor. Overall this was a very pleasant and painless experience. Bertie and Drew were great to deal with and we would highly recommend Switch! Thanks guys.

My husband and I are building a new home and I needed help with the lighting plan. I tried five different lighting stores in the Cincinnati area and switch lighting and design was by far the best. I am working with Drew and very much appreciate his expertise. He provided me with ideas I never thought about and introduced me to lighting manufactures I did not know existed. What started out as a difficult and challenging task, Drew has turned into a lighting adventure.

I searched everywhere for pendants for my kitchen for over a year. I was very fortunate to happen upon Switch, not only to find the pendants, but the customer service was excellent!

Went here for a pop-up social house called CincyNice. The space was beautifully lit and as a venue served as a really great respite for all the Blinkers walking around in the area. Not sure how this place holds up as a business but when I went during the planning stages the staff were relaxed and knowledgeable and the product was pretty upscale based on my financial ability. I'd encourage you to check it out for all the stylish lights and home decor accents you always wanted but never had. Not so humbly submitted, Michael C.
