This place is clean but I give its 3 stars because you have a 24hr laundry but no public bath room and I was there for about 2 1/2 hrs. I had to go all the way home for the bathroom

My first time going there, the lady working there was very helpful in getting me setup to use the machines, I don't suggest using the ATM inside unless you don't mind paying a fee to access your own money, I went to my own bank to get change for the machines, don't have any bills larger than a 20 spot, they can't provide change, the machines are great for all of your wash needs, a little pricey but nowadays what isn't, they got the clothes done the way I wanted. The money cards are reloadable that the machines require, so if you have a balance left on it, don't lose it. You can reload it on your next trip. Nice place, very clean & quiet, no nonsense going on in there, I'll go again if need be. ?

This address is for springdale cleaners and they are very rude and disrespectful, i just moved here and ive experienced more white hate from black people than ive ever experienced any type of hate in my life. I have no "white privelage" im homeless i have no living relatives, i moved here for a job, im disabled with neuro conditions that uneducated people just assume are are brought on by drugs, and i am a felon SOO, Please, do better with the blind ignorant hatered.

Because my snowflake, new-ish washer now balks when I try to wash bath mats, I have decided to go to a laundromat for "heavy" loads. Despite some so-so reviews, I chose Super Laundry (3545 Reading Rd.) due to its proximity to my home. In a nutshell, my experience was benign...but that's really a good thing because we are talking about doing laundry.Contrary to some other reviews, the attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful. She advised me as to what size machine I should use (thereby saving me a little money) and exchanged my cash for a laundry card. Gone are the coin-operated machines that often Jammed AFTER taking my last quarter!!The facility is clean. There are plastic couches on which to sit, televisions for entertainment, a vending machine for snacks. Better equipped than the laundromats of yesteryear whose machines stole my quarters.According to some other reviews [whose sources I have not verified], the price for a load of laundry is, in part, dictated by the daily cost of water and electricity . I'm not sure how that rate is determined, but on October 11, 2023 one load of laundry in a #6 machine cost me $7.23. The attendant told me that a dryer would cost approximately $15...but she did not know that I was raised by a long line of frugal line dryers. At any rate, those prices seem expensive to me, but I truly do not know the cost of running a #6 machine. Maybe $7.23 is a deal? How do families who do ALL OF THEIR LAUNDRY at the laundromat afford it?? Keep the poor poor??? So many questions spinning around as my bath mats got their scrubbing.Another Yelper mentioned that Super Laundry is not in "the best area," but it is unclear to me if he was at the 3545 Reading Rd location. Here's my take---it's in a new-ish strip mall in Avondale with a wide-open parking lot and distinct lack of dark alleys and bogey men. On the night of my visit, there were at least three families with young children, several couples, a few other singletons, three races represented, all of us just doing our laundry. Totally benign.

The laundromat in itself is fine, the employees on the other hand... extremely rude especially at the Norwood/bond hill location. There is minimal interaction yes every time I come in the employee with the neck tattoo has a terrible attitude. Before I can even say anything her first words to me were "you don't see all of these other people lining up on one side of the counter why are you standing over here". There was no line... she was standing at the counter doing nothing.. that was the final straw I will be taking my business elsewhere

95% of current employees @ this one are guetttttto, rude, disrespectful and ALWAYS in a verbal altercation with at least one patron during a visit. Talking in they cell phones When they need to be going around changing the lint trays and sweeping up and cleaning the dirty bathroom.

The person behind the counter was rude. She has no business working with the public. She became irritated when I didn’t hear what she said when I asked for my card balance. I’m a senior citizen I asked for her help with the washer that made her mad. I went to the counter to add more money on my card. She was busy on her phone ignored me tried to act like she couldn’t see. I had to ask her if she was still working. She has UGLY WAYS. She was on duty 2/20/2023 between 11:15-12:45

This Laundromat had a bug problem (roaches). The attendee was was extremely hostel. That maybe because she was the only one there but I found it unprofessional. At one time of my life this was my favorite place to wash clothes but super laundry has fallen to depths i am no comfortable with anymore. I will not be returning to this Laundromat.

I went to super laundry last night because my washer had issues and I walk in use my card to load money and the first issue I had to hunt the laundry attendent down to assist with that then shortly after that the attendant made a announcement asking if everyone can hear her Mj so I listened her delivery of the message was very loud and forceful like she was someone in position to give authority to customers she said I need u all to close all your washer and dryer because a lady busted her head open last week (reflection of last week snow storm wet floors) but okay I had no problem with the message but I did have a problem with the tone of her voice and attitude and she also was like let me put on my glove before every transaction ok I had no problem with that but where she was thinking she was protecting herself she using the same old plastic cheap black gloves being a carrier to everyone she came in contact with her method clearly is not working maybe super laundry can invest in sanitizer that would of been smarter also I did another transaction I had two dollars in quarters from the car wash so I asked her to put it on the card she say we don't take change I said since when she said since yesterday so I asked a customer and the customer politely addressed my need and then I go to the car. And smoke a cig come back my dryer that's was using was open I said wow now me and this attendant black young half blind petite dark skin girl is really serving the public see what she doesn't realize is she doesn't ok know whom she talking to when she throwing all these behaviors around one day she will understand very well and super laundry you need to be careful whom you let represent your company people come spend there money to temporarily people don't haft to utilize your facility and she also don't realize we pay her check she definitely needs to be fired and she working in a black and Spanish neighborhood I have alot of influence in this city and know alotof people we definitely can reroute people to laundromat that treat people with dignity and respect I also specialize in marketing and promotion so please customer if you don't want to deal with $12.00 unhappy workers take your business elsewhere a little drive is worth a piece of mind and respect
