We had a flat tire and pulled into lot to await AAA service. The ladies on duty were very nice in allowing us to remain parked in front of the store. Thank you.

I have been coming here for years I am 24 years old. I recently lost my ID I tryed to show a passport as a ID he told me it wasn't a valid form of identification I have traveled across the country and all over the world out of 100s of encounters this is the first place that has turned it down. Terrible service.

Went to buy a 6 pack of beer and was denied because my temporary paper ID from the BMV "Couldn't be scanned". I've bought alcohol and tobacco here probably 50 times and I've never had my ID scanned. S*** half those times they didn't even look at it. Also I know 100% you can override it as you've obviously done it the other 50 times I've been in there. My suggestion go to the BP on Glenway down the street, clean store and nice staff that won't hassle you over a paper ID given to you by the government.

the older guy that works here is cool but I'm not sure if he even works here anymore just pray you don't get the old ugly woman with light brown hair she's always giving me and my friends problems and today tried to tell me and my mom that this mountain dew was perfectly fine even though it was water clear and had a million chunks and floaters floating around it and than copped an attitude when I went to put it back it's not my fault that your like 50 and hate life cause you work at a gas station don't take it out on the customers

Will never ever go there again to turn in lottery tickets. This is the third time they've ripped my boyfriend off. We check out tickets multiple times and they're always claiming the wrong amount. Of course he is too nice and won't confront them on the tickets or the amount! The guy and woman there are pocketing money no doubt!!!!

Not following social distancing, Seem to not care about others or themselves during this Scary time. Not wearing masks chatting it up with customers as they are not 6ft apart an are near register less that a foot, while other paying customers are trying to be safe. No glass dividers like other gas stations. No sanitizer, No PPE. Employees are not abiding by ohio guidelines.
