I love the styles and the quality of the merchandise. Although it’s a bit pricey, the pieces I have, I have worn for years. The attendants at the store are very helpful.

Did not greet me or any of the other black people that walked in after. They did greet the white people that came in as well as said good bye to them. lol!

I love the Kenwood Store. The layout of the store and the selection is the best. Shout out to Brittany Hodge! She is the best hostess! She is like a personal assistant. She's fun and full of energy. She's the epitome of the perfect sales person/hostess ! No high pressure, just very helpful! Please recognize her in some way!! Thanks?

The staff at this store are incredible. They have assisted me with both phone orders and in-person. The store is also beautifully curated. I've visited several Sundance stores, and this is without question the absolute best for customer service.

I just love this store! It’s always such a positive experience. The ladies who work there are second to none! The are always so nice and sweet to me. They are super helpful and they remember me whenever I go in there. It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It smells amazing and the merchandise is unique.I’m so thankful I discovered this little gem! ❤️

I have been shopping at Sundance in the Kenwood Mall since January 2021 and I have NOT had one unpleasant experience. The staff is the "Epitome" of what professional sales women should be and what I mean by that is that they are not pushy, nor are they overbearing. Shelby sets the store like she works on Rodeo Drive and Brittany's honesty is what I need when trying on outfits that I am on the fence about. The store manager Emily is a true gem and she definitely deserves a raise because retail is super hard work and she makes it look flawless. I will continue to patronize this store in the future.

The staff at Sundance in Kenwood Mall is unlike anything you’ve experienced. It feels like you are shopping with your best friends/sisters. I have never felt more appreciated and confident like I do when shopping there. You can tell the ladies at the store are genuine, great souls- the kind of women that build you and others up. In the last 2 weeks I have splurged in the store 2x because not only is the clothing unique, of great quality and beautiful, but the women working there are simply the best. Sundance is lucky to have the women at Kenwood representing their company. An extra special thank you to Jessie, Brittany and Caroline, you ladies are amazing and thank you again for your help finding that perfect BLUE dress :). See you soon!

I absolutely love Sundance in Kenwood mall! The store is full of beautiful things. The ladies that work there are equally as beautiful! They are so charming and they really love helping customers. I seen a beautiful velvet top online and I just had to have it. I had a few questions about it so I called the store. The lady sweetly helped me with sizing and she shipped it to my house! I received my package 2 days later! It was beautifully wrapped! The shirt is so beautiful!

Went in with my wife to exchange an item from Christmas. Sales Lady was extremely nice. I really love the style of clothing they offer. Exchanged a coat for a sweater. Transaction was simple and quick. Very positive experience overall.
