First time at the salon and even with a last minute cancellation last week he was very welcoming. Starting point was self-shaved hair from four months ago. Disaster. Tim worked out a plan that actually fitted mine and I already look much better. I used to go to a place in West Chester but it felt too ladylike for me. They were intimidated by my short hair. Even before the shaving action. So thumbs up!

I just moved to the city and was looking for a new and skilled hair dresser. After some research, I chose Tim. I knew from the start that he was very talented by how he explained and listened to what I wanted done with my hair. (I’m a natural darker blonde and I get some very bold and white blonde money pieces) which most hair stylist i’ve met, tend to mess it up. He took his time and was a great chat. The prices are extremely reasonable for the services you get from him and I’m so happy I found a hair dresser I can stick with. The place is also very pretty.

Absolutely loved my experience at Studio You! I came to town for a wedding and needed service for an updo. It’s always a challenge for out-of-towners finding the right salon for “pop-in” service, especially when it’s pretty last minute as was the case with me. I knew I made a great choice just from initial inquiry call. Tim, the owner, had such a friendly, welcoming greeting on the phone right from the start and was very accommodating with scheduling! He scheduled my appt with Jamie, his wife, who did a phenomenal job and recreated my exact vision!! They were such a delight to talk with as well. If I lived in the area they would no doubt be my home salon, and if I’m ever back in downtown Cinci for an event I know EXACTLY where to go for fabulous service!!

I am thrilled with the new color, Tim went above and beyond to explain the process. The new cut and color are amazing, family noticed right away! I highly recommend Tim for your next color correction!

Beth really delivered!! As a mom it’s easy to put off getting my hair done so I was looking for something low maintenance that could last a while between cuts. Beth really took the time to understand my lifestyle and executed exactly what i was looking for. She was knowledgeable and knew what I was talking about even when I had hard time describing what it was I wanted! A magical experience!

I had received 2 haircuts from Tim &
both cuts was great, however on
my 3rd appointment in August 2023
I requested no shampoo or product in hair since I had just colored it & it was still damp. The price jumped to $70 for just a trim.
Was not informed ahead of time
of the price increase.
Being upfront & honest with
customers is very important.
Very disappointed!!
My last visit at this salon.

I trust Tim! My morning started out at another popular salon where I received a very bad haircut. Desperate to remedy, I searched the net and was lucky to find Tim. He made room in his schedule, listened to what I wanted, and offered professional advice. By 4:00 I was walking out with the look I wanted. I have found my stylist:) Thank you Tim.

Tim is absolutely AMAZING! I'm from out of town and decided it's time for a long overdue haircut. I went based off of the great reviews I found on Google, and Tim did not disappoint. Not only did he give me EXACTLY the haircut that I wanted, he also took the time to explain everything in detail and double checked everything with me before cutting a single hair off. He is also incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I didn't feel the time go by whatsoever. The salon itself is a beautiful clean space, and you really feel like a VIP getting your hair done there. I'm absolutely in love with my new hair, and was smiling all the way back to my hotel. Will definitely return whenever I'm back in Cincinnati. Please see the before and after! My hair looks so healthy and voluminous!

OMG you have to check out this gorgeous salon! The chandeliers, brick, wood and lighting make me feel like I’m at a Day Spa. The owner, Tim, followed in his father’s footsteps as a renown stylist in Cincinnati. He worked wonders, giving me a short, sassy cut with warm blonde highlights - and the compliments from my friends are crazy cool! Highly recommend!!! But be sure to schedule in advance because his schedule pushes out a few weeks.

The moment I entered, I was met with a décor that screamed "desperation" and "outdated." The flickering lights set the mood for my impending doom. The so-called "hairstylists" were a motley crew of amateurs who made me wonder if they even had a license to practice. My stylist had the dexterity of a drunken sloth, hacking away at my hair like it was a wild jungle. I swear, I heard my hair scream in agony! The sink where they washed my hair? Absolutely revolting! I'm certain that a science experiment was brewing in there, spawning new, terrifying life forms. The water was colder than the Arctic, and the shampoo smelled like a chemical spill at a toxic waste facility. The staff was too busy gossiping to pay any attention to the clients. I felt like an afterthought, a mere inconvenience. The chit-chat was louder and more obnoxious than a flock of angry seagulls, making it impossible to relax. When my haircut was finally over, I looked in the mirror and saw the aftermath. My once glorious mane was butchered, leaving me with a hairdo fit for a scarecrow. It was as if they had used a blindfold and a rusty pair of scissors. THANKS TIM
