Although some associates pretend not to notice you, in particular in the copy section when you bring in a return, others make up for their attitude.

Jordan in the printing dept was a huge help today! He was calm as the line grew and made sure everyone got what they needed. I watched him go out of his way to get a customer with a walker a chair so she could sit.
He helped me get my project done and made them look great!
The man deserves a raise!

I went to staples today to return three Amazon packages. When I walked in, there was a woman standing at the Amazon area waiting to return items but no employee helping her. I joined her in line. Next to us, there was a worker who was doing copying and scanning and things like that in that area and wouldn't even look at us. She could have easily stopped and helped us; it would've taken minutes but she just kept on and didn't give us any affection. So we waited, and waited, and waited and then another woman joined the line. After a few minutes of continuing to be ignored, she asked the employee if there was someone handling the Amazon returns. Without even looking at us, the employee rudely responded "he's up front" and kept looking at her screen. So then we direct our attention up front and the manager is literally ignoring us, doing everything he can to not help us. I finally left. Absolutely terrible.
