I didn’t do any shopping so I can't give a 5-star review, but I returned an Amazon package at this store and was greeted with a smile by the woman working behind the cash register and she directed me to the return location. The clerk working the returns was nice, helpful, had a good attitude, and answered my questions. I will use this location again and probably shop here as well in the future because of the employee's good attitude and friendliness

DO NOT FAX HERE. Not only do they NOT help you, but they charge $5 PER PAGE. NOT INCLUDING THE BACK SIDE. So faxing 1 document is a whopping $10.There is a free app on your phone that sends faxes.. FOR FREE. I sent 5 pages through it with no problem and it was delivered within 15 minutes. Just warning everyone so they don’t get scammed by this terribly serviced store.

Drove 30 minutes to this location for my scheduled TSA pre-check appointment only to be told they aren't doing interviews today. No communication from the business about this whatsoever.

Had a last minute project I needed printed and was told I wouldn’t be able to get my prints until next day. I went into the store and attempted to do it myself but was struggling and could not figure it out. Ron was VERY helpful and came and assisted me. Even was nice enough to print the papers I needed behind the desk after I printed them to small. Much better service than other locations. Thanks Ron!!!!

Honestly just terrible service. My time-sensitive print order was supposed to be ready by 730pm on Friday 6/9 (needed before I left town that Sunday). I went in to the store at that time but order was not ready. Not the end of the world and I was assured the order would be ready first thing the next morning. I went in this afternoon, Sunday 6/11, and order was still not ready. I waited over an hour for the order to be completed, getting asked question after question about the order I submitted online, but it is still not correct. At that point I gave up and left with my incorrect print purchase. It was discounted some but that doesnt change the fact that order is still wrong. I brought up the issues to the person at front register when I left and they just shrugged it off.I try to be understanding but at some point things get to be too much. I am more than happy to pay full price, I just want a correct order. I already delayed leaving for my trip to get this order and cannot delay any longer

My husband scheduled an appointment for fingerprinting over the phone. When we arrived, the lady was very rude, asked my husband if he knew his correct name (because his wasn’t on her schedule), and told us that you can’t make appointments over the phone. She then laughed in my face in front of 2 other customers when I told her to please let the employees know that they can’t schedule that over the phone. We drove 40 minutes, and we hope nobody else wastes that time as well.

The tsa precheck place is beyond terrible. Negative stars if I could. Better have an appointment because they make it a point to avoid walk-ins, even if other people fail to show for their appointments. The staples itself seems ok though.

DJ is a good technician, but he doesn't return his phone calls. I am a business rewards customer of Staples and have purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise there. I needed to check to see if a recently purchased laptop ($799) had the Asurion warranty. DJ said he needed the credit card number. i changed banks and didn't have it. One of his associates hung up on me. Another one gave me the wrong number for the district manager, who gave me customer service's number. They pulled up the receipt for the laptop, but couldn't email me or mail me a copy of Asurion's warranty. Customer service at Colerain store is lacking.
