I went in to buy a computer and the bathrooms were closed down . I had to go to Panerai next door . I'm ordering something and checking for a computer elsewhere. The lady said someone did damage to the bathroom, but I have a feeling probably not true . In Hydepark, ohio, I expected better . May buy one and I may move on if you cannot maintain a store then me purchasing the laptop may not be a good idea

I went in person to order an exact number of invitations because if you do it yourself online you need to order a minimum of 25 which I didn’t need. After 30 minutes of waiting for her to figure things out on the computer the woman working the printing area stated that she just wouldn’t be able to get them done until later so I said okay. I told her I didn’t need envelopes and I needed 18 copies. I came back later on to pick them up, received and paid for 20 copies and envelopes that I didn’t need. They were also cut, and the cutting was /very/ sloppy (edges of the invitations bent downwards, no sharp edges & showing a white outline). I haven’t had this experience with any other Staples location so will not be using this location again in the future.

Update: Staples claims they're looking into the case but never reached out to me for any information or my drop off receipt. There's no way for them to look into something if they don't have the information...Dropoff receipts are worthless and don't protect you. This location lost an expensive package I dropped off for USPS and they gave me a receipt. USPS tells me it never made it to them. Staples claims there's nothing they can do. Drop your items off at USPS just a few buildings down as there is some kind of mismanagement or theft happening at this location._

I was picking up some poster prints. Shania was SO helpful and friendly. She told me about the free rewards program and I saved $15 on my order. Seriously so kind and went above and beyond to help me!

There's an African American young lady named Shaniya over in the copying and laminating area. She was very professional and nice. I left with a big smile on my face. Whenever I need to go to a Staples it will definitely be the Hyde Park location.

Amazing experience because of this sweet, awesome helper. Dayosha is her name. Where has this store been hiding this gem. She was so patient and eager to help. Smiling like an angel. Made me feel so welcome.Mary is knowledgeable to be so young and have so much experience.Another one with an awesome attitude and smile. This store is super lucky to have these two professionals.

I had a large booklet to print for school. The team and the general manager worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate all the time and effort they put into me and my project. I would definitely recommend working with this team for any printing jobs!!

I’ve really given this location a few chances, but I’ve had the same customer service experience each time, so I think it’s time to give a very fair review since my experiences are not “one offs” they are what I now expect if I go to this location. These 3 instances happened over a 4 month period, not all in one day:-I stand at the UPS counter while 2 employees chat over to the side. After a while… 1 glances over and asks if I need help. Of course I’m thinking… Well, I’m standing at your counter, with a package, staring at you. Yes, I need help, please.-Go to the check out line up front, no one there, but there are 3 employees over at the print place chatting. I stand there a bit. No other customers in the store. 1 finally noticed me and takes her time coming over the check out my stuff. Clearly miffed that she had to leave her colleagues to help me.-I ask an employee where I could find something and she pointed in the general direction. Didn’t say a word, just pointed.It seems silly to say that you need to teach your employees simple things like taking notice of the customers and simply being polite.I have found what I needed at your store, that’s why I’m giving 3 instead of 2 stars.

After having a terrible experience at the fedex kinkos nearby, I went to staples at YW suggestion of a friend. Sheniya spelling?) was a big help from the time I went into the printing area. She personally assisted me with operating the equipment, and helped me with completing my printing task. She is very efficient , kind and an asset to Staples as an employee. Thanks Sheniya for the great service and helping me when I was frustrated with my experience with a competitor. ?
