The mice I the units are the least of their problems.The employee that hung up on her also hung u on me because he thought I didn’t understand the billing process if one month was missed all the payments after that jay arr considered late and will be charged 30-40 dollars on top of their high rates,Ths “man” is rude and condescending because I was female and older.A person with his bias and prejudice should not be working in the public service industry.I believe in karma but that doesn’t help the companies image and reputation.Maybe the owner will instruct him on manners,and then FIRE him!!!

On January 4th, I called ST. Bernard storage Plus for changing credit card info. Someone answered the phone and hung up on me three time.
On January 4th, I called ST. Bernard Storage office around 9:50 A.M. I said "Hello", and he answered "hello", and I waited few second to make sure right name and then he hung up the phone. It happened three time continuously.
I called four times and he answered and asked why I called. I told him I need to change credit card info. I gave him my card info and asked reason he hung up my phone call.
I told him he needs better attitude toward to customers and he told me to have better English.
I visited the office to get his apologies but he refused it and kicked me out. During that time, I talked the office manager about situation, but he explained his guy biased and also quit the phone without notice.
I request you and his sincere apology.
